Fenced in backyard with privacy and additional parking. Pet friendly with patio doggie door. Plenty of parking available in the wrap around driveway and 2 car garage. Our neighborhood is directly across from the Marriott Resort & Spa and renowned SiSpa if you are looking for extra indulgence. Ocean Reef public park & public beach access, with free parking, is just across the street and has outdoor grills, tables, cabanas and playground. Plenty of live music at the local eateries & marinas on the weekends. Singer Island is a very family friendly area. Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter, FL, with numerous restaurants and intracoastal dining, are a short drive north. The Gardens Mall is 15 minutes north. The famous Peanut Island is at your doorstep. Paddleboards and wave runners can be rented at the Ocean Walk mall on Singer Island.
