Brand new Mid-Century Modern home with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountain from the Pool and Hot Tub. This is your opportunity to make this state of the art 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, yours. Located only 15 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. County of Riverside Short Term Rental Permit #: RVC-1509 County of Riverside Short Term Rental Certificate #: 000862 **THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE *** Every detail of this Desert Hot Springs home was carefully and meticulously designed by world-renowned architectural firm Bassenian Lagoni. Very bright and spacious (1626 sqft) sleeps 6 comfortably. Open concept great room with TV, sliding door leading to the pool, and adjacent to fully equipped kitchen which boasts stainless steel stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and huge prep island with seating for 4 + dining table for 4. The main bedroom has a Cal King bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower and expansive walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom; one has a King bed; other bedroom has a Queen bed and work/office space. We also have a Queen Air Mattress available for 2 extra guests. This home was built and decorated with attention to every detail. Enjoy the pool and hot tub in the backyard or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee and appreciate the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountain range. Home includes larger than standard two-car garage (with 60amp Tesla EV charger) and long driveway. AMENITIES: ENTERTAINMENT: Available in the property: TV, Streaming Device, Satellite/Cable, WiFi, Stereo, Games, Books, Toys, Music Library There is one TV in the living room with soundbar and subwoofer. Entertainment applications are available for Movie and TV Show streaming via TV. Record player available for music with bluetooth capabilities. KITCHEN AND DINING: Available in the property: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Make, Dishes Utensils Dining table seats 4 and there are 4 counter stools available for additional seating in the kitchen island. UTILITIES: Available in the property: Central Heating and A/C, Washer, Dryer, Ceiling Fans Temperature can be controlled through Nest thermostat but the ac tends to make the master bedroom much colder than the rest of the house. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. POOL & SPA FACILITIES: Available in the property: Private Pool, Hot Tub OUTDOOR FEATURES: Available in the property: BBQ/Grill, Pool Towels, Wood Fire pit The property has views to San Jacinto Mountains , Big bear Mountain and Palm Springs wind fans ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Available in the property: Essentials (Towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper), Hair Dryer, Hangers, Workout equipment (jump rope, yoga mats, push up and ab roller). **Note about Work/Office station: the computer in the pictures is not available, just the desk and chair. While foodies flock to Indio for scratch-made tamales and artists convene in Cathedral City, those in search of total relaxation and wellness escape to Desert Hot Springs. This healing oasis is home to some of the purest hot and cold mineral springs in the world thanks to an underground aquifer beneath the city. Desert Hot Spring’s natural beauty is equally transformational and inspiring. The spa city is nestled at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains near the Mission Creek Preserve, a protected part of the Wildlands Conservancy that includes lush wetlands, a perennial stream, and native flora and fauna waiting to be explored. A private/rental car is the best form of transportation. In addition to Taxi service from the Palm Springs airport, both Uber and Lyft are in the desert. It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee. The pool can go dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather. We'll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible. The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Pool Heating and Spa information: *Pool heating can be hired in advance for the whole stay: $350 for the first day then $100/day thereafter; *Pool heating when hired is limited to 78F; *Spa/Jacuzzi heating is included and initiated/controlled by the guest onsite; *The system heats either the pool or the spa at one time, not both; *Please be aware: Pool and spa use heat pump and don't reach super high temperatures (78 for pool and 86 for spa). During colder months, they may not even reach those temperatures because it is too cold outside; *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. RIVERSIDE COUNTY GOOD NEIGHBORS BROCHURE FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS: Our communities consist of permanent and seasonal homeowners who enjoy living in a tranquil environment. Please read the below for an enjoyable stay. Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated. Renters are advised that the following rules will be strictly enforced: NOISE: Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM. No amplified sound may be audible inside a residence. PARKING: Renters and their guests should park in the rental garage, driveway or on the property. No street parking will be permitted. TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. Failure to comply with the above may result in citation, fines or expulsion from the rental property for the renter or their guests. Refer to Riverside County Ordinance No. 927 for details regarding short term rental. Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against us for actions triggering a violation of the Riverside County Ordinances No.927 and No.847 will be deducted from the security deposit. Prior to occupancy, operators/hosts of Short Term Rentals in the Riverside County are required to: 1) Obtain the name, address and copy of a valid government identification of responsible person/main renter; 2) Provide a copy of the Good Neighbor Brochure to all renters; 3) Require the responsible person to execute a formal acknowledgement that he or she is legally responsible for all compliance by all guests of the short term rental to requirements of Ordinance No. 927; 4) Maintain the information required herein, including copies of the notices provided, for a period of three (3) years and make it available upon request by any officer of the County responsible for enforcement of any provision of this ordinance or any other applicable law, rule or regulation pertaining to the use and occupancy of the short term rental." You must also acknowledge: A) Guests shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance no. 847 Regulating Noise, including quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM." B) Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view, except in proper containers for collection by County's authorized waste hauler." No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. -Please respect check-in and checkout times: Check-in is 4pm and Checkout is 11am. -Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in. -This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. -Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed. -Absolutely no parties or loud music. -NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
