Tutto bene tranne nelle 2 Stanze riservate ciascuna ×2 persone,abbiamo trovato nel bagno tutto quello che serve ma solo per 1 persona.

It’s a nice & very convenient hotel. But the breakfast is awful, all mass-produced, pre-packed sweet and savoury items, even juices are from concentrate, not a good advert for Italian cuisine. The toiletries in the room are beyond basic and lots of plastic packaging.
A little attention and creativity would improve things so much.
It’s still the best place to stay in the area.

I’ve been to this hotel many times and, for the area, it’s good, however this time we had no internet in our room and even in the breakfast room for 5 days. The staff kept telling us it was working, then admitted it wasn’t and that engineers were looking at it, then upon departing they once again said it’d been working fine, but actually we had to use our mobile phones data to stream and go on the web. The bedroom lights also came on by themselves at 6am after a power cut and woke us up.
The breakfast is awful, all pre-packed stuff, even the bread and cardboard-like croissants, overboiled eggs and nothing to suggest you are in italy, a country known for its delicious food.

Hotel moderno, nuovo, dalle stanze ampie e con una pulizia impeccabile. Estrema cordialità e disponibilità alla reception. Colazione abbondante e varia, idonea a soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di gusto e palato. Comodo al centro di Rivarolo raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'Hotel Rivarolo e posso sinceramente dire che l'esperienza è stata a dir poco straordinaria. Fin dal primo momento, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, mettendomi subito a mio agio. La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni è impeccabile. In oltre data la vicinanza al supermercato Gigante, l'Hotel offre una comodità ineguagliabile per coloro che desiderano fare un po' di shopping o semplicemente avere tutto a portata di mano. Hotel meraviglioso e consigliato per chiunque abbia necessità di lavorare nella valle canavesana o a Torino

Ottimo hotel, servizio impeccabile fin dall'accoglienza. Cordialità sublime, pulizia impeccabile, disponibilità ammirevole. Una colazione super ben fornita di alta qualità, camere ben ordinate e ben arredate, in un paese molto attivo e carino, dove sono convenzionati con ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie per poter fornire delle deliziose cene ai propri clienti.... Offrono una piccola palestra ma ben fornita, per potersi sfogare dopo il lavoro, e una sala conferenze molto ampia. Ho fatto 2 settimane trattato come un principe, ci ritornerò sicuramente e consiglio a tutti di provare l'Hotel Rivarolo. Grazie mille a Laura 1 e Laura 2, al sorriso di Vasile, e ai superbi Cappuccini di Cinzia. A molto presto Luca

Capitata per caso in questo hotel a causa di un problema di volo, devo complimentarmi per la pulizia, le camere e l’ottima colazione. Soprattutto devo ringraziare Laura della reception (anzi le due Laura della reception) per l’assistenza davvero preziosissima in una situazione molto complicata. Ho pernottato qui in agosto per lavoro e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Camere pulite e spaziose, Ho chiesto una singola e mi hanno dato una doppia uso singolo allo stesso prezzo. Parcheggio comodo di fronte all'Hotel, ero un po preoccupato perché avevo del materiale in auto ma la zona è molto tranquilla e la reception è aperta 24h. Loro sono molto gentili e professionali. Hanno anche la palestra aperta 24h. Unica pecca...non hanno il ristorante, mi hanno comunque indicato diversi locali convenzionati e raggiungibili tranquilamente a piedi. Tornerò sicuramente quando sarò in zona per lavoro.

Personale super efficiente e gentilissimo, hanno saputo soddisfare ogni richiesta con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Hotel moderno, molto pulito e curato. La nostra stanza si affacciava sul centro commerciale e nonostante ciò era super silenziosa. Ottimi aperitivi serviti nel curatissimo dehor riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti dell'Hotel. Purtroppo non siamo scesi in tempo per la colazione ma la receptionist ci ha comunque fatto avere dei fantastici croissant e due ottimi cappuccini. Torneremo sicuramente, non ci aspettavamo tante attenzioni da un Hotel business.
