The beds were clean and comfortable, as always. However, we paid £200 for 2 nights for a room in Ringwood on ground floor looking direcrly onto the car park. For a room which hadn't been properly cleaned for a while (see pics of dusty and moldy areas in bathroom). Under staffed, so there was 1 member of staff on reception at check in who was understandably stressed. Our room was late being made ready, the check in kiosk wasnt working. Then I didn't see another member of staff on reception again for the duration of our stay. New feature is they don't clean your room daily, you have to ask for it to be cleaned (but there's no staff to ask). We tried calling on our first day, no answer. They've also recently introduced a charge to park onsite, in an area where there is no other place to park and no reason to park there unless you were visiting the hotel. It's an easy money grabbing scheme for them. Hair dryer would randomly stop working Bathroom extractor fan randomly turn on and off, hence the mold. I've complained to Premier Inn, they've ignored most of my points and said I should've complained at the time (to the staff that weren't there, presumably).
