Hotel Gallia Palace

I booked this hotel as a special present for my mom and sister, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. They arrived late at night, around 3 AM, in a town they didn’t know, and when they called the hotel for help, the staff refused to assist them in any way. They were scared and felt completely unsafe, but the nighttime receptionist had the audacity to say, "It's not my problem," and then hung up on them! This level of incompetence and disrespect is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, when they finally managed to reach the hotel, they were given the wrong room. I had specifically booked a twin room, but they were given a double room with an extra bed they didn’t ask for, and then the hotel tried to charge them extra for it! When they tried to resolve this with the so-called management, they were told that the manager was conveniently "on vacation" during the peak August season—how likely is that? There was absolutely no one to complain to or ask questions, leaving them completely stranded. To top it all off, the hotel refused to provide any refund for this disaster of an experience. They didn’t care about the mistake they made or the distress they caused my family. All they were interested in was squeezing more money out of us. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Ottimo hotel, in questo periodo, buon rapporto qualità /prezzo. Ben insonorizzato, letti comodi, personale disponibile e gentile Uniche osservazioni, un parcheggio piccolissimo, assenza di una ricarica per auto elettrica. Colazione decisamente ottima.

Hält was es verspricht. Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Reichhaltiges, landestypisches Frühstück - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders auffällig ist die Sauberkeit im Hotel. Sehr guter Zimmerservice. Absolut empfehlenswert.

La camera che ci è stata data era piccolissima, impossibile appoggiare le valigie per terra o tenere una sedia per appoggiare qualcosa. Arredamento datato. Nessun piano d'appoggio adeguato neanche in bagno. Chiedere 120€ a notte per una stanza in cui non si riesce a stare in due contemporaneamente è molto scorretto. Piscina dalle dimensioni molto ridotte (sembra grande nella foto ma in realtà è molto piccola), pochi lettini e sempre pieni. Colazione abbastanza buona.

Ottimo hotel e posizione , possibilità di prenotare il posto auto ( consigliato quello esterno costo molto contenuto ed adiacente alla struttura) Camera pulita con ottime dotazioni e idromassaggio in bagno. Ottima anche la colazione, personale cortese, professionale e disponibile.

Sinceramente è un da furbetti pubblicare le foto su Booking e sul vostro sito di ampie camere, quando invece poi ci si trova la brutta sorpresa di una camera matrimoniale che invece è una singola, non avevamo nemmeno il posto per le valigie, il bagno minuscolo pensate che sedendo sul Wc avevo le gambe che andavano dentro la docccia… le camere sono molto datate ed avrebbero bisogno di un ampia ristrutturazione o modernizzate, non siamo più negli anni 80, non capisco come possiate avere 4 stelle perché proprio non ne siete degn
