Hotel Villa Lorena

From August 20 to August 27, 2023, they rested with their children. Everything was perfect!!! The owners of the hotel are friendly and very kind, they treated us like family, treated us with various goodies, were caring and cheerful. The location of the hotel is very good, although it is not on the first line to the sea, but it is located on the central bright street, which has everything you need, many shops, cafes, and also near the train station. The hotel is very clean, the room is cleaned and bed linen is changed every day. We have left many good and positive emotions from the town of Rimini, the warm sea and from the wonderful owners of this hotel! WE RECOMMEND!!!

Premetto che sapevamo benissimo, io e i miei amici, che l'hotel aveva poche stelle e non ci si poteva aspettare il lusso proprio perché si cercava di risparmiare al massimo, però tocca dare 1 stella malgrado l'hotel era abbastanza pulito avendo solamente 2 stelle! Quello che mi ha fatto mettere una stella, in accordo anche con i miei amici, è l'arroganza del personale in particolare quella del portinaio e del titolare. Una volta il mio amico tornando all'hotel, il portinaio l'ha pure minacciato di fare piano anche se ve lo posso garantire non stava facendo alcun rumore( e ripeto minacciato con la M maiuscola). Un'altra volta mi è successo a me che ero rientrato tardi dopo essere andato a ballare e avevo sete, quindi mi sono avvicinato al frigo per aspettare il titolare che arrivasse e mi desse da bere e questo mi inizia ad offendere anche in maniera pesante, dato che pensava che io mi fossi avvicinato a prendere la bottiglia d'acqua senza nemmeno chiedere, anche se vi posso garantire che non era così. Molto scorbutici, non salutavano nemmeno al mattino e si vedeva che erano molto scocciati. Esperienza negativa che ne vale una stella e non più!
