Travelodge by Wyndham Richmond IN

The lady ain't the front desk was rude towards me and my husband. We had parked in a handicap spot and have a handicap placard because I'm disabled and she made us move our car... and they made us stay on the top floor even tho they had plenty of rooms empty on the bottom floor.

Perfectly acceptable as a "pull-off and sleep for a night" location. Road/train noise audible, but I did not hear anything from adjacent rooms, only people outside. Older building that has been updated at some point, currently just a step away from completely fresh. Would use again.

Pets were welcome, but there was a $15/per pet fee. Unfortunately, our room smelled like dog. P.U. our dogs are small, get baths and do not stink

The cleaning lady and the receptionist are very nice. We appreciate you!

They are very friendly at this motel. I appreciate the way they take care of you.

The train outside our door was noisy every night. The highway so close too and the 4 lane road outside our door

The hotel was stank so bad of smoke that it was unhealthy to stay there. ******* and hotel not giving me a refund even thought I could not stay at this hotel!!! It was a dump

Brian Lakes was great to accommodate me with whatever I needed. Very friendly. I like the fact of being able to park right next to my room. Convenient to restaurants fast food, gas, and easy access to Interstate. I will definitely stay again, next time I am passing through.

It was a place to put my head down safely, but not to write home about. There were a few issues a former health inspector noticed like loose or missing electrical covers and certainly the sheets could have gone another cycle. Strangely in spite of that, I slept well. Seems pretty peaceful
