Looks nice from outside, great location, but no sense for hospitality. Even as hotel guest you are not allowed to sit in the lobby/ lounge area except business hours. So the nice pictures in the website don’t help and you have to stick to your not so fancy room. Breakfast is ok with many options, but service does not make you feel welcome. Super basic bathroom in the family room, room service did not really happen. Arriving on Thursday late we hoped to get a drink and tarte flambee, but it is closed Thursdays.

Stayed here before, it’s a wonderful base to explore the Alsace. The hotel is a great place to stay, really friendly and welcoming and always something going on. Really good food and a great regional wine list, as you’d hope/expect. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean Parking can be a challenge but up round the back of the hotel we’ve always found space Will be back again

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooi terras (in de schaduw) buiten langs de wandelstraat gelegen. Wij hebben hier enkel een drankje genuttigd maar het zag er best verzorgd uit binnen. De menukaart was ook veel belovend. Mooi gelegen om het stadje te bezoeken.

Très belle façade Pas d'accueil après 15 heures Accueil téléphonique "rude" Pas de petit déjeuner Pas d'instruction d'urgence (en chambre ou dans les parties communes) Ex.: Incendie Prix dépassant les mentions dans Internet. Aucune autre mention dans l'hotel Chauffage salle de bains incompréhensible Pas de verre à dents Mitigeur douche au fonctionnement aléatoire Participation - involontaire vu l'épaisseur des cloisons - à la vie nocturne de la chambre voisine Chambres sans fonctionnelles, mais sans le charme attendu

Hotel situé en plein centre ville Chambre un peu petite mais très bonne literie. Nous sommes restés une nuit, cela convenait très bien. La salle de bain a une douche et les toilettes. L'hôtel fait aussi de la restauration et le petit déjeuner. Attention pour se garer ce n'est pas toujours évident

Wir sind nicht mit dem Hotel zufrieden: - Zimmer sind kalt und ohne Komfort eingerichtet, die Fotos sind eine Täuschung -Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. wir haben warmes Trinkwasser gebraucht für Babynahrung gebraucht und das war nicht möglich. -Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist so gut wie nicht für Hotelgäste zugänglich obwohl sie damit Werbung machen. -Sie sprechen entweder English oder Deutsch - Es gibt keine Rezeption oder Ansprechpartner für Anfragen. Die Schlüssel werden am Eingang im Umschlag hingelegt. -Zimmerservice ist mangelhaft, die Zimmer und Betten werden nur halbwegs gemacht.

Hôtel calme dans une bâtisse qui a beaucoup de charme, très bien situé dans le quartier typique de Ribeauvillé. Une jolie terrasse et des salons chics pour se reposer. Donne sur une très jolie place. Accueil extrêmement sympathique à notre arrivée comme lors du petit-déjeuner. Chambre avec une excellente literie. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet parfait (un des meilleurs si ce n'est le meilleur de tous ceux proposés au cours de notre traversée des Vosges). Nous nous sommes régalés. Probablement, choisirons nous de nouveau cet hôtel si nous reprenons la traversée des Vosges.

Hôtel de charme très confortable, accueil parfait, et très bonne nourriture dans le restaurant et dans la salle du petit déjeuner le matin. La terrasse est toute proche de la fontaine de la place, et la vue sur les maisons typiques à colombages très agréable. Un lieu formidable où l'on se sent tout de suite bien. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Très bon hôtel bien situé. Accueil et personnel au top. De très bons conseils pour renseigner sur les restaurants. Buffet de petit-déjeuner sympa avec des produits de la région. Chambre impeccable, fraîche et lit confortable.
