Friendly, helpful receptionist. Nice clean room, clean cups, bathroom immaculate. Keeley from accommodation services has done an amazing job making the room and bathroom look like new. Definitely going to be staying in this Premier again.

Been to the premier inn Rhyl quite a few times know about a 10 minute walk from the train station and the hotel is right on the sea front the rooms were clean and the meal deal I had was good value for money and quality Iwould recommend this hotel to any body

Lovely, clean hotel. Our room was spotless thanks to Mandy. We encountered 6 staff members over our 3 day stay & all of them were polite, friendly & helpful despite being busy. It's a little scuffed here and there but cleaned to the highest standards. Our room, 110, overlooked the sea and was cosy and quiet. We'd definitely stay here again. Parking is free in a designated car park 50 yards down the road, it has a camera and we had no issues leaving the car there. There are 4 disabled parking spaces outside reception but that's it. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

My stay was amazing was welcomed at reception the staff was lovely and welcoming and walked into my room and was left a box of chocolates the room was really clean and smelt amazing was left a card and my room was cleaned by keeley would 100% stay here again

Booked a family room for 4 of us and was quite shocked how small it was.2 single beds pushed up next to our bed meant I couldnt get in and out if bed..so we had to put one of the beds away and put the 2 girls in one bed. The room was too hot and we were shocked to find the windows don't open. No fresh air at all.even though it says it circulates fresh air. No good if your all too hot and 4 of you sharing air space.our meal was a 45 min wait for cheap overcooked frozen chips..no milk on arrival so had to go straight back out to get some..all in all nit a good stay for us

Nice location, nice hotel, room really clean. Cleaned by Caz & Keeley. Had a box of Bailey's sweets too. Nice breakfast this morning ( 5/03/2025) best fried eggs I've had from a premier inn. Nice attentive staff on, couldn't do enough for you. Manager(male) and a female (blonde hair) don't know their names unfortunately, overall fantastic service.

WOW! Everything about this hotel was just beautiful. Parking was easy as it's only a short walk down the road, check in was super fast. We wasn't expecting much at first to be honest but our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. There was a note on the desk with some chocolate's (divine) unexpected but really nice. Our room was cleaned by Keeley & Caz. Everything about the hotel and restaurant was exceptional. All the staff were great.
