The hotel is amazing and the staff are the loveliest people ever, especially Dionis. The food is incredible and have a lovely variety of food aswell as gluten free meals which is perfect for someone who is gluten intolerant. The service is exceptional and all areas of the hotel are clean and smart. The pool area is never empty of sunbeds and the pool is fresh water. Would definitely recommend to come to this hotel it is impeccable.

Nice chilled modern vibe. One of the best pool areas I’ve been to. Staff incredibly friendly and genuine, Dionis looked after us all week and made us feel welcome. We had the room with the hot tub which I would recommend. Looking to return in September already

Having stayed at a different cooks club last year we had really high hopes as the previous was excellent. Here are the things that have let it down for us They have signature cocktails yet are unable to make them as they don’t have the ingredients. (They knew when they were opening this should have been sorted in advance) All the food regardless of it is breakfast from captain cook pool bar or the restaurant is cold . All the “hot food” is cold lukewarm at best. The hottest thing I’ve had in my plate is salad which has clearly been sat under the lights to keep it warm as it was withered and warm. When it rained yesterday I saw multiple food orders being walked from the main restaurant kitchen to the pool bar in rain uncovered. Water bottles are only provided on the day of arrival - water is very overpriced at the hotel bars and the hotel shop on site There is nothing to do at the hotel, so when it has rained it is sit in your room basically. The sunlounger cushions were left out in downpour so today when it was sunny they were soaked through and a fight for a lounger. The hotel grounds and rooms are lovely but leaves a lot to be desired. And I would not class as a 4 star. Which is sad as it could be fantastic. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere really best bet is going to Rhodes town. Everything nearby the hotel is closed as it’s so early in the season - which I understand is not the hotels fault. Just a heads up. I would like to think in the peak of the season it could be better. But right now it has been disappointing

We went as a group of 16 people....the Hotel was beautifull,rooms were spotlessand the staff went above and beyond to cater for each and everyone of us ranging from age 31 to 64 year's old.we were celebrating 2 of our good friends 60th Birthdays....The staff were so helpful....but we came in around midnight and were saying goodnight not 1 but 2 nights to have a very rude lady in the adjacent room from us to open her door and not ask but tell us to be quiet!!!! I replied nicely it was 12.02am....some people!! We were on holiday not being loud or making a nuisance of ourselves.As adults we felt embarrassed for the moaning woman It didn't spoil our holiday as each and everyone of us loved the Hotel,Staff and the Food.....may I add we weren't out till 2.30am in the morning ...up bright and early for our breakfast...I'd definitely recommend this Hotel and I'd definitely return again x Thanks again for our Fab holiday.

Myself and my partner spent a week in the Cook’s club early autumn this year and the whole experience was one of the best we ever had. Amazing food and set up of the hotel, easy to access and cocktails to die for. Definitely we will visit a different location from the same chain. Thank you Cooks Club.
