Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Great hotel! The staff were lovely, on arrival taking us on a buggy to our room, to the great service at the pool bar and especially Mariana at breakfast who was so friendly and helpful. The pools and grounds are well kept. The villa was lovely, we loved the private pool and ordered a special floating breakfast which was amazing! We will definitely come back.

We have just returned home after an amazing week at this hotel. From the second we walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful on reception. The room and facilities were always kept clean daily. The food choice is brilliant. There is literally something for everyone in the main restaurant even if you are a little fussy. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant as the food there was exceptional! (The waiting staff here were all lovely, can’t remember all of their names but Sara in particular was always very polite and friendly) We spent a fair few days lounging by the main pool. Sun beds and towels were always available. We don’t recall one scenario where there wasn’t any. You can order food and drinks to your sun lounger if you wish by the App. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the on site spa which we thought was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this. There is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel where you can catch the bus either towards Lindos or the other way towards Rhodes with a good range of operating times. Overall it was a fantastic stay, our first time to Greece / Rhodes. We are looking to return for longer next year. We would like to thank Natalia in the main restaurant for greeting us with a smile every morning, Sara in the Italian restaurant and all of the staff. They are a credit. If you’re reading this and considering booking, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. See you next year! 10/10

If want a relaxed stay in a guaranteed 5 star establishment, this is it. We always go B&B all we need from a holiday is clean & smart accommodation..Good food and exemplary service from attentive staff...there is no more attentive than Pari in the dining hall...never have to ask she is just there delivering a 5 star service she is a credit to her trade. The Worlds a big place we never normally return to a place we have been but the Atrium Palace is a yearly pilgramidge simply down to the service we recieve and how well the place is run from top down.

Again a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. I travelled with my mum and we throughly enjoyed our stay . The hotel staff are all exceptional, special shout out to Valentina in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to help my mum after she fell, Beatrice, Paulina and Nikos in the main bar who made the most amazing drinks, Paul who runs the Marathon car hire who gave us a great deal on a hire car and moved a car over to the hotel which was the same as my own, so I didn’t have to worry about driving a different car, Natalie in the Ala carte restaurant who always had a smile and gave great service , Lucas at the beach who was always cheerful and helpful and least but not last the hotel manager who takes time each day to speak with all the guests and genuinely cares about any issues. The hotel is spotlessly clean, you can always get a sun-bed at anytime time of the day. The beach is spacious, but you will need water shoes as it’s pebbly. The food and drinks are first class, will definitely return in the future. We stayed all inclusive and loved the ability to scan the QR code and order food & drink from our sun loungers and book the Ala carte restaurants via the app. The Ala carte restaurants are amazing and are free for all inclusive guests, our favourites were Zen and Asterias over looking the beach. We also visited the sister hotels- the Atrium Prestige and Atrium Platinum and can honestly say this is the best hotel out of the 3 ! Thank you for making our stay amazing, looking forward to returning in the future.

This was one of the best resort where I have ever been and I would come back here every year. Lukas from the beach was the most amazing person I’ve met in my whole life, as well as Valetina from the restaurant. I hope everybody gets the chance to visit this hotel and meet Lukas!

From the minute we arrived to the moment we departed we received an impeccable service from the hotel. Clean and nicely decorated rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent restaurant with a wide variety of foods and an assortment of evening entertainment. Rooms and all areas were cleaned daily. Beautiful garden areas with small ponds situated within the centre of stairways of the rooms and between the bars and restaurant. Plenty of swimming pools around the complex that are also suitable for parents with young families and also a spa for indoor swimming and treatments. Al a Carte restaurants are also available for those with a more adventurous palate. The hotel grounds also stretch to an area of private beach that accommodates additional sun beds and a beach bar. We were happy to stay within the complex for the full week but that are many trips to other areas of the island that are co-ordinated by TUI. Would definitely visit again 👌🌟👌.

My wife and I are fortunate enough to travel numerous times each year and stay in high end 5 star hotels however this review is not about a high end, 5 star hotel, this review is about the warm, welcoming and simply magnificent Atrium Palace Hotel. This is our fifth consecutive visit to Rhodes, the first time we came we stayed in the sister hotel, the Atrium Prestige, for the last four years we have stayed at the Atrium Palace, we never return to the same place or hotel so the fact that we have stayed with the Atrium Palace on four occasions shows how highly we rate this hotel. The secret to this hotel is the management and staff who are all simply superb and genuinely take the time to understand your likes and make the stay at the hotel like home from home - it really does feel like one big family here. The hotel is led superbly by the Manager Apostolos and he is supported really well by his Departmental Managers, special mentions must go to Savvas (PR Manager), Satiris the Maitre d’Hotel and Natalia the super efficient Hostess who look after the main hotel restaurant. They all remember repeat guests and actively go out of their ways to ensure everything is perfect for you. The waiters are also excellent - we are fortunate to be attended by Iannis whom we have got to know over the years and he knows exactly what we like. The food is plentiful, of high quality and plenty of choices to suit all dietary needs. The hotel is very clean, the grounds and pool areas are very well maintained and the rooms have everything you need, we have stayed in all types of rooms and can highly recommend the villas with a private pool. The beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear (blue flag) and there are plenty of sun loungers, shade and towels available. If you need anything on the beach just speak to Lucas who takes care of everybody’s needs including taking bookings for two different boat trips. This is our go to hotel each year for a guaranteed week of sun, relaxation and superb service. Apostolos and his team have looked after us extremely well on each of our visits and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - as I write, my wife is booking another week in October to celebrate my Birthday here.

What a fantastic time we have had here. The staff are very attentive and service is always with a friendly smile. The food is unbelievable in all the restaurants and we will definitely be returning next year. A big shout out to Rena and Polina at the main bar who have looked after us so well.
