Delfinia Resort - All Inclusive

Arrived late evening and made to wait over 1 hour in disorganised queue for check in at the main hotel reception desk. No information was given (about meals or facilities) and the receptionist just asked ‘cash or card’ and pointed to a sign stating an environmental charge of 10 euros per room per night. Bar closed at 11pm every night and no entertainment provided except for a music quiz that looked like has been created on chatgpt. Also one of the main pools was empty and fenced off. Only issued with 1 x room card for our group of 3 and was told by reception staff and duty manager that it is hotel policy to issue only 1 card per room and no more ! Also no kettle provided in the room but managed to get one after asking multiple times at reception then chasing down the manager. Visited local area and most shops are closed and look like they are unlikely to ever open again ! Not a 4 star hotel and would suggest that staff need customer service skills.

Great hotel , really good food and facilities, a special shoutout to Radi and Kosmas who were the bartenders at the hotel , they helped us feel welcomed and secure , the staff in the resort made me feel welcomed and secure , Great location as it is between Lindos and Rhodes Town

A 2 star hotel! About Our Very Bad Holiday at Delfinia Hotel, Kolymbia - April 12 to April 22, 2025 - Room 309 Our room was dirty when we arrived. There were marks on the walls, and we saw ants everywhere in the room The bed's mattress was dirty, which was really unpleasant. Also, the bed was broken, so it was hard to sleep well. The room was not cleaned properly during our ten nights. The water for our showers was always cold, only about 30 degrees. This made showering very uncomfortable. The food at the hotel was not good. There wasn't much choice, and it didn't taste very nice. The coffee was just instant, and the drinks were cheap local ones with no alcohol We only had oranges, pears, and apples as fruit. We also had problems with towels. We didn't get any for the beach. The towels in our room were different shades of white to yellow so we weren't sure if they were clean. The furniture in our room was old and broken, which made the room look and feel worse. Some of the staff were also rude to us. One of the biggest problems was the toilet in our room. It leaked water onto the floor every time we used it. We had to use towels to soak up the water for our whole holiday. This was really not acceptable. Our stay at the Delfinia Hotel was very disappointing and spoiled our holiday. The dirty room, broken bed, cold showers, bad food, towel problems, rude staff, and leaking toilet made it a terrible experience in room 309.

We were a family of 4, 2 young children. The hotel was clean and we found the lunch and dinner options good, ice cream and pizza is available other times of day. I was a little concerned reading reviews before we left but had nothing to worry about. We are quite relaxed and just ate slightly later than the initial rush, it doesn't bother us if the bedrooms are small or not decorated perfectly as long as they are clean. We would return in April but probably not summer when it is busier. We got a good price so I felt our stay was very good value. Would recommend booking a car for a week and visiting Lindos, Rhodes and tsampika beach - we booked through rodos cars and they delivered to hotel, was about £150 for the week.

Entertainment team were amazing and the pool bar staff were so nice and friendly all did a really good job to help us enjoy the holiday and also cleaning staff lovely ladies room was clean. The food is not good bad and had to avoid the meat as trying the first day chicken and fish and burger ok raw in the middle not cooked properly.

Had a great time with great food and service from the hotel. Especially enjoyed the bar service from Radi at the pool bar and Kosmas. The people and general vibe was incredible will be returning asap. Made friends who will be remembered for a long time. Felt like our every need was met quickly and easily. Very good very very good
