We loved the beach and that it was never too crowded but still enough people to create a nice vibe ! That said, it’s really a pebble/stone beach and I mistook the photos for sand so this was somewhat disappointing. Get a van to neighbouring beach Hawaii- pure sand and empty …… The pools were lovely too and were more family focused with a lot of fun activities. Enjoyed the water slides - which were a laugh and the main buffet was great. The other restaurants very average so I would skip them but the main buffet was perfection

We visited here Sept 2024 for my 40th birthday. We paid in advance for a swim up room. Upon arrival late at night the hotel looked amazing. We were taken to our room in the Gold block via buggy and found the room to be very nice. We could see our pool and it looked amazing. We woke the next morning and found that our pool was very dirty, both the water as the filters weren't on and the pool walls and ladders that were covered in green algae. There was also a light fitting which was lose with wiring hanging in the pool. We found this to be very dangerous. We spent some time sunbathing to find that a family were sharing our pool. Not that this is the hotels fault but one of the children urinated at the side of the pool which was washed down into the pool. We rang reception and the following morning we were moved to another swim up room. This pool was also dirty as again the filters weren't on. We found the main pools to be also very dirty with a significant amount of tiles missing and dirt gathering at the bottom. The main pool areas were jet washed every night but the pool were clearly not then cleaned of all the dirt that was washed in. We spent a lot of money to have a swim up pool that was just not usable. In regards to the food, I have got to say it was probably the worst I've had all inclusive. Breakfast was small in choices and all bland and cold. A meal at the greek was very poor and very disappointing. The staff were very good at trying to sort our issues and I cannot fault the hotel for this. I cant help thinking if you were coming here with a family and spending what would be £10000 plus you'd be furious. Do not pay for the swim up rooms as they have the worst maintained pools. I wouldn't rate the hotel above a 3 star and that was pushing it. The grounds are poorly kept with weeds and overgrown grass. We've been to cape verde 5 stars where the grounds and pool are immaculate and maintained by a lot of staff all day everyday. This hotel did not measure up. All in all it was a disappointing experience for my 40th. We didn't want to spend all our time arguing so settled for the free late check out that was offered which would have cost us €135 otherwise. Please think twice about staying here , despite it being a new hotel it is the poorest maintained I have seen and I have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars.

Stopped here in June, we knew when we booked that it was very remote and out the way, which is just what we needed. Firstly the whole resort was spotless, very clean absolutely everywhere, including our room being cleaned fresh towels every day. Food was brilliant, lots of choice fresh tasty, and piping hot, we did try one of the restaurants, can remember which one but they was great to. Beach was lovely, lots of fish to sea and crystal clear waters. The water slides were great fun, even though we are both in our early 50's Staff through out the resort were fantastic, worked so hard, and would always acknowledge you. Drinks were good, surprisingly even the white wine and Bailey's great to. Would we return. ABSOLUTELY 💯 YES

The holiday was given 2 only because we had 1 of the swim up rooms. It's a very large complex with enough varied activities to occupy any one. It is badly let down by the quality of the restaurant food. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. Lunch and dinner consisted of cold , tasteless, repetitive food. Not once was the soup edible - it was always cold. The food on the main islands were lukewarm. The meat and fish on the cooking stations was always overcooked and so dry and tough. There was no food rotation of the cooking station food. New food was constantly placed on top of old food. This meant people could potentially be eating food that had sat there uke warm since start of service. A breeding ground for food poisoning ? The hotel needs to improve food quality in the dining area.

Wonderful food, drinks and service. From the moment we arrived everything was great. We had a golf cart take us to our lovely spacious family room. Whenever we were sat in the bars or restaurants staff would offer us extra drinks. Even though we travelled in the UK August Bank Holiday week, probably the busiest week of the year, when we were told the hotel was completely full, we still managed to get sun loungers by the pool of our choice every day. The cocktails were great, food was great, good entertainment. What a lovely trip. We took the public bus to Rhodes but that took 2.5 hours so might be better to pay the extra for the organised TUI trip, assuming it's quicker. The resort had so many included activities, we tried pool cycling aerobics, archery, tennis and they even have board games to borrow. Great value and great fun, we'll be coming back. Great choice of a la carte restaurants, but book as soon as you arrive to avoid disappointment. Also make sure you seek out the cosy lounge bar behind The Flavour restaurant; lovely. PS earlier reviewers referred to this place being run down and signed off rust etc. I can confirm that as of Summer 24 everything was refurbished and shiny as new.

RECEPTION. check in was quick and easy although we did take a private transfer to the hotel so we did arrive before the big couch load. don't use tui private transfer so expensive we used mister transfer very good. THE ROOM our room was nice has everything you need for your stay the only thing i would say is its abit on the small side the room that is the bathroom is almost the same side as the room. in my opinion the rooms could be that little bit bigger and the bathroom a tad smaller. the aircon was not the best didn't let it effect our holiday though we had a party of 9 over 3 rooms and the other 2 rooms didn't think much of there aircon either. only other thing i would say about the room is that because the aircon isn't that good it get very hot at night with the big thick cover you get and it would have been nice to have a thinner one to use if needed. THE FOOD. now the main buffet food is amazing really was some of the best we have had not just in Greece but all the other places we have been always something for everyone. and most of the time we could get a table for 9. just the odd time if we went a bit later it could be s struggle. but if we couldn't get a table together we always got ones next to each other. AL A CART so we went to all 3. and this is how we rated them, top to bottom good to bad. the flavour was really nice the food was good the service was nice and the setting is stunning. i would go for the beef or the lamb the Italian. this is nice the food was ok and the service is fine I wouldn't rush back to it but its something different for a night. the Greek. just don't waste your time. what should have been the star of the show being in Greece really was a let down the food didn't really have any taste to it the service was very slow we sat for two hours just for start and main and left before pudding turned up as we where fed up by then. THE POOLS really a mixed bag. the main activity pool is ok always something going on but can get busy. the first week we stayed the water was a very strange colour couldn't see your feet at the bottom this did clear up by the 2nd week. the main issue with this pool is how slippy the tiles get as your walking around. 4 out of 9 slipped over and we sore plenty more other hit the deck too. the quite family pool by the beach is a nice relaxing place if you don't wont the games and music. although there is a lot of lose tiles in the pool my daughter picked these up and she was swimming around found 92 of them. and the ground around the pool is very hard on your feet a lot of lose stones in general just not very nice to walk on either. the main issue with these pools are they are not very clean a lot of green stuff around the edges and in the gully's never seen that on a hotel pool before and if relax pool is very slippy under root like standing on a thing layer of slime only real positive about the pools is even at 10am we could get 9 sunbeds together. never a rush to get the

Very nice beach at plimmiri. Clear water, you can see the fish swimming at your feet. There is no rubbish on the beach. It’s a very chill and relaxing sfeer. The beach is small but long and has nice beds en parasols for shade. There are showers too. The life gard Chris is very polite en notices everything. if you like, you can try a lot lot off watersports. I’m gonna miss this place so much.

Only stayed a night Due to our flight being cancelled but it was lovely the pool areas restaurant was amazing the food was varied and very good It's all inclusive Rooms huge and the bathroom too It's a little mini village but nothing around outside apart from the hotel
