Atlantica Dreams Resort - All Inclusive

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! The hospitality, food choices, friendliness and helpfulness is outstanding. George the manager is wonderful and so good to us! We feel like family here! TUI TEAM The fitness classes were excellent. Lovely friendly staff. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Francesco and his team are amazing people. Iannis and the catering / hospitality team were absolutely fantastic. They looked after us really well and remembered details about our needs. We feel really sad to go but so happy to have had such a great service. Kouzina Greek restaurant is absolutely excellent too. The spa team are amazing. So lovely and friendly. I’ve been bonding with everyone here. Genuinely lovely caring people. I don’t want to miss anyone out but we have encountered fantastic people. Dan and his entertainment team are super talented and all of the TUI staff are lovely people. Really happy and just don’t want to go back to England! Our daughter and her fiance got married at the resort on Friday 13th June, and we had the most amazing time. The entire staff were unbelievable. Thank you to everyone who had a role in their special day. ❤️ Michelle was an absolute joy to deal with. We couldn't fault anything. The rooms were beautiful and ultra-modern. The restaurants were clean and the food was delicious.

Staff are all welcoming and attentive. A La carte restaurants are all good however Kuzina was best. Buffet was varied and enjoyable. Plenty of sunbeds available all day and adults areas excellent for chilling. Entertainment at night was not always to our liking but visiting artists were fab. Managers are visible and often chat with guests to ensure they are enjoying meals etc. Although not anything to do with hotel, TUI had cancelled our trip and emailed us only 12 hours before and we did not really get an answer with TUI staff at hotel other than ‘just not running at moment’ despite having our money for weeks before arrival.

Our 4th visit for our 1 year wedding anniversary and cannot wait for our 5th visit next year, Every time we choose this hotel for our get away as we know the staff will look after us extremely well and give us an amazing holiday. All staff are fantastic including management team it’s so nice to see such involved management they are very hands on in this hotel constantly walking round making sure everything is ok for your family, I really think they go above and beyond and there main goal is to make sure you are having a fantastic holiday I really get the impression they are actually interested in your feedback which is nice, The food was again fantastic it’s so nice to have the evening restaurants such a a Italian Greek American and Gaia to choose from and all staff in the restaurants make sure they deliver a fun but yet extremely professional experience for your whole family to enjoy the food is always fantastic we enjoyed every meal The tui kids club girls are fantastic our little boy had the best time again it’s so nice to have a few hours as adults and knowing your child is happy but most importantly safe! The girls do a fantastic job at what they do and any concerns they will give you a call which is really great in my opinion and makes you feel that bit more relaxed The sports and fitness team were great Beth and Francesco always working extremely hard to make sure you have a fantastic holiday and always so happy and approachable! Francesco yoga sessions are fantastic and not to be missed the whole team work extremely hard to make sure you are having a good holiday. Once again thankyou for making sure we had a great time and we can’t wait to come back next year

Third time in this hotel and the high standart still remains. The beautiful rooms, the great food, the excellent facilities and above all- the staff of the hotel that just wants to make your stay as pleasant as can be. Thank you and see you next year.

Absolutely amazing hotel, beautiful facilities. Food is absolutely amazing. Just had a massage with Magda which is the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pools are cold but it’s only April. The kids have still been going in. So much choice for all inclusive and the drinks are fantastic
