Cant wait to go back in September. We were there last September, what a fantastic place. Michael and Alkimi, (owners) all staff, many of whom are family members....we arrived as guests, but left left friends behind!!!

This trip was the tonic I needed. If you are looking for a quiet get away from it all holiday this is the one.Such lovely hosts where nothing was too much trouble so warm and friendly, wonderful people. The place is quite remote with a couple of tavernas close by within a 20 min walk. We spent most nights eating at the resort, great food and very competitively priced. Remember this is Greece and quite basic, however, spotlessly clean with everything we needed, kettle, fridge and air conditioning. Local supermarket supplying almost everything you could want. The pool area is a delight with plenty of loungers always available and the pool bar and restaurant close by. The wonderful family that run it providing superb service all day and into the night. We had a wonderful time and were sad to leave

Stayed here June 2023 with my 2 daughters . The family who run it are lovely and also the lady who runs the kitchen … she always greats you with a smile as does the groundsman . The hotel is spotlessly clean . The rooms are basic but most of Greece are . You’ll always get a sun lounger round the pool . The food here is very tasty and big portions . It was very quiet whilst we was there but I liked that . I don’t think this will be my only visit to Alkmini as I’m missing it already .

Alkamini is a nice family run hotel. The family is friendly polite and will do anything for you. We ate out at a few local restaurants but the food at the hotel is really nice fresh cooked and authentic greek food as well as other options and competitivly priced. The hotel is set up a road 5 mins walk to the road but theologos. lots of the shops are closed there is a reasnable amount of restuarants. Two we liked was billys bar and greek little kitchen. The accomodation is clean and tidy the pool area has plenty of sunbeds well spaced out and clean the pool water was crystal clear and warm. The rooms are very clean bedding spotless, the rooms are comfortable but very basic and could do with a refurbishment. Bathroom basic The shower was fun to use worked but pressure irratic. I think covid hit the island bad and what we seen a lot of businesses the same. We have stayed in a lot of greek hotels the family and staff are one of the nicest i have met and i would stay there again with a little investment would be better still. I believe you get what you pay for and we where happy with it and as said would stay again
