Petalo Suites

Prior to arrival communication was spotty but once there EVERYTHING went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described. Georgia was available at all times and very responsive. She left fruit, wine, orange juice, water and slices of cake. That was amazing. And then when we told her we liked the wine so much where did she get it..she brought us another bottle! The decor is modern. Everything you need is in the unit. The breakfast was really good (I don’t know who thought it was “fast food”🤷‍♀️) and you had several options to choose from. It was quite plentiful. The location is smack in the middle of town and yet each morning when we had breakfast in our terrace it was quiet as could be and even on the weekend evenings the noise was not disruptive, the patio slider is VERY soundproof. The only advisory is…no elevator and winding stairs. We are not youngsters and have two heavy suitcases for 2 months of travel (22kg each) and we made it…but it is something to be aware of. Otherwise very very pleased with entire stay! Bravo👏👍🏻

We had an amazing time in petalo suits!!! We stayed in the penthouse room, the view was breath taking. Inside the room everything was cleaned and well organised. The deco was beautiful with all details under consideration! We will sure visit again in our next trip! I recommend it to all visitors that look for an unique experience!

Great location in the heart of the old town, yet super quiet. The place is really nicely designed yet compact, very modern. The lady at the property was very nice and helpful and made lots of effort with cleaning and providing nice touches and also cleaning the second day which wasn’t expected. The provision of liqueur and fruit and cheese was a really nice touch to have on the balcony. The place was clean. Having a washing machine and place to dry clothes on the balcony is really great. The place is great value for money. One cannot park in the car park next to garden on Thursdays when the market is on so one needs to find parking elsewhere. Only downside was small bed but still very comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel/ apartment - I highly recommend it! It is very clean and well kept , even has a washing machine that is very useful while travelling. The location is great with restaurants/ bars/ shops all within walking distance. The owner is very nice and helpful!

Υπεροχο με θεα, καθαρο και πολυ cozy !!! Μπορεις να πας παντου με τα ποδια , η περιοχη ειναι μεσα στη παλια πολη , ο δρομος τουλαχιστον για τωρα που πηγαμε εκει (νοεμβριος) ηταν ησυχα αν και εχει καλη ηχομονωση , και οι παροχες πολυ καλες (εχει ολα τα απαραιτητα που χρειαζεσαι για τις διακοπες σου ) . αν ξαναπηγαινα Ρεθυμνο θα ξαναπήγαινα σιγουρα !!!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist top. Man kommt überall hervorragend hin. Ein großer Parkplatz ist direkt in der Nähe. Der Service ist super und die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind mit extrem viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Frühstücksservice ist mehr als ausreichend und sehr pünktlich. Kaffee und Breakfast auf dem Balkon ist ein idealer Start in den Tag. Wir kommen super gerne wieder.
