"I found the room to be old. Old furniture painted bricks, small ensuite bathroom with no power points inside the power points were located outside the bathroom area where the tea and coffee facilities were there was literally not even a metre between the end of the bed and the toilet door. When sitting on the toilet my elbow was pushed against the glass of the shower cubicle and the shoulder on my other side was pushed against the toilet roll. Very small area to do your business. The bathroom sink was very small and inconveniently placed. The showerhead was a massage head that shot in every direction but where I wanted it I thought that the massage head was half on so I tried to turn it to get a nice stream only to find that the poor stream or off with my only choices I have stayed in better places for the same amount of money. If I had no choice to get a bed for the night I would rebook with this one but if I’ve got a choice to go somewhere else, I will go. "

"I don’t even know where to start. i would rate this place a 10/5 if i could. to start off we got an amazing deal on the cabins, which were extremely clean, warm, nothing was broken, and also provided a beautiful view. The staff that I talked to were all lovely and seemed so nice. The facilities in the park were outstanding. The pool and spa, the waterpark, the outdoor cinema, the games rooms, the gym, the playground, the bouncy pillow. It was just out of this world. The park even provided me and my little sister with activity books that kept us entertained for such a long time. Renmark is such a beautiful place and having this caravan park to go along with mine and my families get away was an out-of-this-world experience and there is no doubt that we will be back. Everybody in the park seemed respectful of the rules, nothing was too loud or noisy, and all the kids i saw seemed to be having so much fun! This park definitely needs to be added to your bucket list!!!!"

"The ease of booking was great, along with great facilities and caravan powered sites. Close to Renmark and great walking tracks with the beautiful Murray River on our doorstep. Amenities were clean, and the park was very tidy with very helpful staff. We'll be back!!"

"0 stars if I could. I would never have booked this accommodation had the host disclosed the known situation beside the houseboat. On arrival, I discovered an established homeless encampment approximately five metres from the houseboat. This was not a temporary camper passing through. The host later acknowledged that she was already aware of the encampment and had been trying to have police and council assist with removing the person. That is the central issue: this was a known, ongoing circumstance immediately beside the accommodation and it was not disclosed before I travelled there or checked in. I had booked the accommodation for two people, as I routinely do when travelling alone as a personal safety precaution. I intentionally avoid widely disclosing that I am travelling solo. However, when I arrived and began carrying my belongings onto the houseboat, the man in the nearby encampment appeared to notice that I was there alone, which significantly increased my concern about remaining at the property. I did not feel safe staying there and left within approximately one hour. I did not stay a single night. Despite this, I have been refused a refund and have effectively been forced to pay for a three-night stay that I did not use because of a known circumstance that should, in my view, have been disclosed before I arrived. The host chose to call me directly rather than communicate through the Airbnb message platform. During that phone call she confirmed that the encampment was already a known issue and that she had been trying to get police and council involved. As a result, those important admissions were not recorded in the Airbnb message thread. What I found particularly disappointing was the way my concern was treated. When I explained that I did not feel safe, the host made a remark to the effect of asking where I thought I would stay instead because “he has legs” and could simply be at the next place. I found that dismissive and mocking of a genuine safety concern. I understand that the host may not control public land. That is not the point. The issue is that the host knew about the situation before my arrival and I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether I was comfortable staying there. To add to the frustration, the host also placed a bond authorisation/charge on my credit card, which is still showing as pending approximately one week after I left the accommodation. Had the situation been disclosed honestly before check-in, I would have booked elsewhere and avoided the entire experience. I would give zero stars if the platform allowed it. I left without spending a single night there, yet I have still been left substantially out of pocket. I consider the non-disclosure and subsequent handling of my complaint completely unacceptable. "What an experience. We left The Frames for 1 hour, to have a quick look around the town, but we did not want or need to leave for longer. Catering is available or bring your own steak which we did, to cook on the outdoor bbq (kitchen) to accompany the lovely complimentary bottle of wine There was enough Gourmet provisions to keep us going for breakfast and lunch. The river view, the pool, sauna… oh and the Bed.. the list goes on and on. Our expectations were high but were exceeded by far."
