Lee's Pointe has been in our family for three generations and was recently updated (new flooring, interior paint, and furnishings). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 common spaces, a game room and garage. It is surrounded by a large fenced in yard with amazing views of Silver Lake. Main living space on 2nd floor with views of lake. Location! Location! Location! The house is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as Rehoboth Avenue with all of the stores and restaurants. There is a park nearby as well as a new elementary school with playgrounds, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. We also have a basketball hoop that can be pulled out in front of the house. Small dogs are okay.
