Motel 6 Redlands, CA

Created kindly with words coffee was great definitely will be looking another stay soon.

Although the room was large and spacious the room was still a bit dirty after further examination and the restroom I found cockroaches and appeared to be a bed bug after letting the staff member know they were unable to help and said that were more than welcome to stay somewhere else I told him that the room needs to be shut down and they can give me another room they refused I asked if they could return any of my money and they refused I will not be staying here and I will not recommend this place to somebody else

"Ash" was awesome, the service was excellent. Location is close to several stores and restaurants. Price is great.👍👍

One of the worst motels 6 ever! The rooms were extremely unsafe and falling apart homeless walking around the hotel messing with the doors. Do not stay here! Pictures are extremely old and edited!

It was genuinely horrible. From getting there and having the magnetic keys to fail twice after two trips to the front desk, to a torn open chair that was extremely dirty and a cigarette burned blanket on the bed. Had to go buy blankets to lay on top of the bed so we could sleep comfortably. Everything in the room was falling apart, bathroom was gross, the back of the door had mucus splattered on it, and it can easily be cleaned with a wet wipe but they failed to ensure cleanliness. It was room 220, you can ask them for pictures and I guarantee it will match up still. We had nowhere else to stay cause it was sold out. Main reason for this heavy of a complaint is the price charged for the room and the quality and condition it was given to us in. Also had a busted out screen so I couldn’t open the window comfortably since there were homeless sleeping near the pool

good coffee.. property needs to be condemned. Truly aweful at every level.. motel 6 is not what it once was. All dirty and run down badly. Too bad

Blood on the blanket when checking in..hair and used wash cloths hanging in shower..toilet had been used when checking in..old soap and hair in shower.... The tv was ha ging from wall...Dirty walls ..floors

Dirty. sidewalk very corroded, in need of resurfacing. cockroach in my room! I checked out ummwdiately and she refunded my fee.

The bed and sheets were clean and so was the sink and toilet. The floors were dirty and the tub. The floor boards and doors were filthy. It appeared that people were living there. Many homeless people lurking around the hotel. The handicap rooms were not available and there were broken down cars parked in front of them. We have stayed at many Motel 6 motels and this one seemed to be the worse.
