Redditch North (A441)

It was my 4th time at this premier inn & it's always exactly as you'd want it! Clean, with a comfortable bed, Great shower & WiFi. If you needed anything, staff were on hand to help. The Beefeater opposite is delightful, I got the meal deal package which I felt was fantastic quality compared to getting just eat/deliveroo. Service there was grand & food was hot & came out quickly. Never any complaints from me about this hotel.

We had everything we needed for a busy wedding guest weekend away. The room was cosy and well furnished and the chocolates and water bottles were a nice touch. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was quiet, even though there were a number of families staying over at the time. My husband is a stickler for drinks being cold and I think the mini fridge in the room was the first one that we've ever come across in any hotel that actually kept things cold! Good quality air conditioning also makes the world of difference when you're getting dressed up for a formal event! We ate breakfast and dinner at the adjoining Beefeater, which was also great. The staff there were fantastic (despite the restaurant seeming to be understaffed for how busy it was) and they were always friendly, helpful and polite, no matter how busy they were. As a person with chronic health issues, trips away can be daunting for me; feeling assured that the accommodation and dining aspects of everything is taken care of really helps the whole event go smoothly and helps me to manage my health. Freaked my autistic child out when we found out our room was opposite a graveyard which was not stated when booking. Room smelt strange and the lady serving us at breakfast was rude.

Great stay at the Premier Inn Redditch North (A441) for a couple of days. Friendly staff. Food enjoyable and not too expensive.Need to change some of the beers though! Friends and colleagues also stayed at the same hotel, so even more enjoyable.Two more visits this year, so re-booking with them for this year and three times next year.

This is our 3rd stay here and it was as good as ever. Great rooms, really clean and comfy beds. The Beefeater is excellent with such lovely staff. They really look after you and so friendly. Food is always exceptional. Many thanks to the lovely Cara and Charlie at The Beefeater .

One of the better Premier inns, only let down by the lack of phone signal (the hotel are aware of this but beyond their control). Use skype or similar works fine. Food is better than the usual Table Table,Brewers fayre et al (Its a Beefeater therefore STEAK !) Lack of French Mustard is the only thing wrong (I bring my own) but this was my fifth stay in two years, and had a great stay every time!. Theres a Sainsburys and a B&M nearby for extra supplies if needed. All in all I will always stay here when on business in Redditch.(as I don't pay the bill I can only put average as Value for Money, but in the past I have paid more at other hotels and received less )

Very nice hotel, good service and friendly helpful staff, but the WiFi is very poor, there’s no phone service, and the windows don’t open, so there’s no fresh air. Beefeater next door is very expensive!

We booked this last minute due to another accommodation not being up to scratch and we were not disappointed at all. This premier inn is very clean and quiet at night we had a couple of nights here with restful sleep. Julie the hotel manager was amazing and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, she went above and beyond for us to help make our honeymoon what it should be. We had breakfast on both mornings which was yummy and complimentary from Julie for our honeymoon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, all this put together meant we had an amazing stay at this premier inn

This hotel met all our expectations. Friendly staff,quiet clean room . Great location for us. There was a deal for a free breakfast which was a great bonus
