Redditch North (A441)

Had to stay here last minute before our holiday. Jake was so welcoming & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a quiet room & we literally didn't hear a thing all night. Room was cosy & the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate

Stayed here a few times. Lovely spacious family rooms with everything we need. Lovely staff members that make you feel welcome and help if needed. Happy with out stay and will stay again soon. Wifi is a bit slow and phone signal is not strong but that is the only down side.

Nice clean hotel, area was good, and quiet, room very nice, extra pillows if needed, parking also available, staff very polite and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, and the breakfast was great, absolutely lovely, and a very good choice thank you

Rooms way too hot, windows don't open and the only ventilation is an intermittent 60 decibel air pump which makes sleep somewhat difficult. It is possible to switch this off though: undo the catches on the vent panel and the cover falls down on a hinge. Climb on the chair and you'll see the isolation switch in the ceiling... Solves the problem immediately. Extra beds very uncomfortable and too small. TV remote didn't work; neither did the replacement. Depending on your point of view, delightful views of either the dual carriageway or the graveyard. The attached restaurant is really poor. Permanent queues at the door to be seated, long waits for food. If you like meat, you'll have plenty of choice. Vegetarian or vegan or kosher or halal options limited to non existent. Saw the manager berating member of staff for something in the middle of the restaurant - a totally undignified way to treat staff. Breakfast is typical premier inn stuff. Plenty of choice. Soya milk available. I've stayed in worse places, but not many.

Lovely big room, clean and fresh. Great size bathroom and a bath makes all the difference. Hair dryer too! Car parking included. Fantastic beefeater next door for breakfast and evening meal. Nice quiet location, if I’m ever staying up this way again it will definitely be here.

I've stayed at a few Premier Inns but this one was one of the best. The room was clean, fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The guys on reception when I checked in were very friendly. I wish I could have stayed another night! I will certainly be staying there again.
