Casa Rio is a 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the river.  Casa Rio offers guests satellite Tv, washer and dryer, High Speed Wi-Fi, and BBQ grill. The High-Speed Wi-Fi makes Casa Rio a great choice for those who work remotely. Two bedrooms on the first floor along with one bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs.  The larger of the bedrooms upstairs has a balcony that you can relax out on and listen to the flowing of the river which is located just behind the property.  There is a sauna room that can be used year-round. This property is Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable pet fee of $125, due at the time of check in. Two pets under 100 lbs. allowed. Casa Rio offers guests satellite TV, washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, sunroom, sauna and two bedrooms on the first floor. On the first level guests will find a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a second bedroom with a full-size bed.  Guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, large dining room table, wood burning fireplace, bathroom and sunroom.  Guests will find two additional bedrooms upstairs - one King bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony access and one Queen bedroom with a private bath. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
