Palazzo Bezzi Hotel

Overnight stay at Palazzo Bezzi prior to picking up our cruise ship at the port of Ravenna. Best described as a small boutique hotel, it is very well equipped with a spa (can’t provide any information on this other than prices looked very reasonable). It also has a small gym (fitness room) with good quality equipment. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the decor is modern and contemporary and the rooms very well equipped. They appear to have been recently refurbished. In room safe (easy to use!) and plenty of hanging space. Again, the room was spotlessly clean and overall the ethos and operation presents as more akin to how much larger hotels deliver. Robes and slippers and good quality towels supplied. One addition that could be made is the supply of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, The hotel does not have a bar but there is a drinks menu (alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available). This is reasonably priced and we ordered bottled water from this and it was delivered to our room promptly. Breakfast included in the price of the hotel - a great selection of cold meats, juices, cereals and the usual Italian sweet choices. There is also a good selection of coffees available. We did make a suggestion that fresh orange juice could be added to the availability. We were glad we chose Pazzio Bezzi - all of the staff are friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are picking up a cruise ship and need an overnight stay but also see no problem if you are looking for a longer stay. There are a number of restaurants close by and the hotel reception will be happy to make recommendations.

This hotel is a beautiful little gem, centrally located. The room was wonderful and so comfortable. The front desk staff was so accommodating and helped with dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good and again, the staff was great. Highly recommended.

A 4 star boutique hotel close to the sights of Ravenna. The staff were very helpful and fostered a happy and positive atmosphere. The hotel was clean with sophisticated decor. The breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful selection of pastries, cheese, salamis, cereal and more! I would definitely recommend!

This is the best 4-star hotel in Italy. The management and staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and varied, and they go above and beyond to assist their guests. I will stay here next time I’m in Ravenna and highly recommend this top-notch hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I was just 1 night but the staff was very polite and helpfull. The breakfast was amazing also for gluten-free people. The home made juice apple, orange and pineapple were excellent. The parking place is few minutes far but its normal because you are in the center were all the great churches and museums are. Great to stay here, hope next time few days at least !

This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful Palazzo in a great location. Spotless room and a terrific breakfast. However, the highlight is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. We had a car issue and two Hotel employees, Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours assisting us to ensure that the car was attended to by EuropCar. We would have been very hard pressed to get the agency to respond positively without them. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make us whole even if it wasn't any issue with the hotel. Also Matteo at the front desk was a wonderful advisor on restaurants. If we ever return to Ravenna, Hotel Palazzo Bezzi will be our hotel. Highly recommended
