Hotel Reemz

The photographs you see of this hotel in all the listings are from when the place was new; the hotel and the rooms are no longer in that condition. The walls in the rooms are plastered, the AC is broken, the swing mechanism was not working, and the intercom did not work during our entire stay. There was no room service, and each employee had their own version of why things weren't working and why there was no room service. One of the employees told us that it's because it's New Year. This is not a 3-star hotel; anyone who rates it as such is a *****. The pillows were yellow and had a nauseating odor. We had to request eight times before we got our additional beds, and the bed sheet had stains and a strange smell. Most of the rooms were not occupied; they were being used by the employees, who would pass their time there instead of attending to guests. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the one star in this review is for that and for the guy who lifted the spoon from the ground that a lady accidentally dropped.

Stay was good staff was also good service received. But hotel should check tv and other appliances are working fine before giving to customer.

Floor tiles were broken, toileries were broken, hand jet in washroom was broken. There was no help with these things.

Very good stay. A quiet place. Helpful staff. Great food. Clean, well maintained pool. Cycles available for fun rides around the rustic surroundings. Perfect for family outings and groups.

I had booked the hotel on 5th nov. Through mmt, but when i reached at hotel on 10th nov. Night after 5 hours drive, hotel claimed that they were overbooked and cannot offer me a room. When i raised my voice, then they allotted me a room for which they took 20 minutes to clean and let me in.

please find the below review stay- bad food- bad hospitality - bad cleanliness- average we have face many issues during our stay — wi fi is not working after multiple complaining staff stop responding — tv not working, staff told they are helpless to provide support. — correct order is not delivered for room dining, food quality/quantity is also below rated.(lime juice provided as a complimentary) — room service is very delay need to call couple of time for single things.. unfortunately i dont have the photos but have informed the hotel manager to register the complaint.
