대형몰 앞에 위치하고 있어 편리한 곳입니다. 다만 대로를 건너야하는데 이것이 상당히 힘든 일입니다. 신호등은 없고 차들은 줄지어 오기에 횡단이 어렵습니다. 주차장도 완비하고 있어 좋고 넓은 테라스도 좋습니다. 라스 알 카이마의 경우 두바이나 아부다비에 비해 인프라와 볼거리가 부족한 바 잠시 머무는 데에 부족하지 않은 호텔입니다.

房間的隔音很差，外面隨時能聽到別人開關門。房間裏面的水管一直聽的到水流聲

We stayed with our family and were surprised to be asked for advance payment for food, which was a first for us. Otherwise, the property is average.

The stay we selected was short, we checked in earlier than 2:00pm, the hoteliers' were accommodating, and gave us a fine room, we got the back side room with view of the RAK mountains, there is a small swimming pool for children with sun bathing chairs and towels and shower and changing room also we enjoyed it, it was a bit cold probably the water heaters may not be working as informed by the life guard, there is. chances that other guest come in and take video any way, there are also plenty of security camera in the hotel. the pool was clean. There is mall called Al Mannar mall till 10pm on opposite to the Hotel just walkable distance if you want to explore other foods or the night life rush, normal temperature in RAK was 17C we had turned off the room AC still was cold, if there was a heater it would have been wonderful, but we had hot water in bathroom so we had hot water bath. the room we selected is ment for two person. and yes they do require proof of identity and a refundable deposit other than the normal booking charge, there is also a small fee for RAK tourism. so enjoy your trip.

This hotel is 10-12 km from julan, the entire corridor has a smell of smoking and unpleasant smell of dust and full carpet in the room and outside, so there is a lot of dust smell. Sometimes it seems that there is no hotel at the place i intended. There is no handwash liquid in the washroom. No toothpaste brush. Maintainance felt less. Others are good.

Good location, near to big mall. Room was clean. Guests can enjoy dining options at the hotel’s restaurants, which may include international and local cuisine, along with a café or bar. It was the worst experience and the rudest staff i've ever dealt with need to be educated on how to treat their customers and especially their supervisor ajay, he is a really rude person and arrogant and knows nothing about customer service and i'm wondering how come he is the supervisor of the place

It was worse hotel ever I stayed. If you are lucky you will not choose here otherwise you will regret . Please look for different hotel not recommended at all. Didn’t like the managers at all . If your room is next to road get ready for noise night
