What struck me most was the blatant greed exhibited by the management. Prices skyrocketed during peak season, with no justification for the exorbitant rates. Worse, they were not upfront about hidden charges, which came as a surprise at checkout. For instance, [mention an example, e.g., “a ‘service fee’ that wasn’t disclosed initially”]. It’s frustrating to see a business prioritize profits over providing value to their customers.

The ambience, hospitality and the food was just excellent. We stayed in the Himalayan suite. The variety of rooms available is simply amazing Himalayan was just replica of the cottages we find in Himalayan region. Really authentic and refreshing!! Best getaway for the weekend

It's located in lush greenery with lots mango trees. The service is really good and food was decent. We took the Himalayan suite and it's very comfortable. The amenities included in our package were swimming pool, indoor game (pool, carem, etc) and outdoor games. The best part was nature all around - ducks, birds etc all roaming freely. There's secure parking available inside. Had a very good time with family and try to visit again.

The cosy room and excellent greenery and the lovely staffs and the premises maintenance is just awesome. Keep it the same way. The staff behaviour at restaurant was good specially gopi steward was very good at his job. I willl recommend all to visit and will come back soon

Nice place to spend one or two nights. Most of the cottages are constructed with wood and are single story with attached bathroom. Some cottages are larger and have two double beds. There is a two storeyed building having family rooms. There are clusters of 3 or 4 bedrooms with a common living room. This building is in one corner, nearer to activity area but away from reception, dining and swimming pool etc. These are a bit cheaper. However, I strongly recommend staying in collages. The cottages are clean, modestly decorated with well-done clean linen. Each cottage has a sit out with chairs and tea table. The bathrooms are just ordinary with all basic fittings but clean. Each room has geyser. Good thing, no TV. The dining area is nicely done. The staff is very polite and humble. Menu is limited, the crockery is ordinary. Taste is also not very great. Still prompt and efficient staff make you comfortable. There are ducks and Rabbits for kids to run after. On our request they allowed our kids to feed. In activity area you have archery, basketball, quite large trampoline, cricket, table tennis and even pool table, unfortunately with broken ques. About 30 feet high rocket type structure with internal ladders is point of challenge and attraction surrounded by different types of swings and slides. All in all, good place with enough things to spent time and enjoy. Still Please do not expect five- or four-star facilities. All in all worth the money.
