Not good service and customer relations

일주일 있었는데 아침식사도 좋았고, 친절하였습니다. 하지만 무료로 물을 주지 않았고, 마침 학생들이 많이 와서 저녁에 너무 시끄러웠습니다.

Staff was amazing. They were kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and smelling amazing. I am very happy with the service.

THE BEDS ARE VERY HARD AND HARD TO SLEEP IN IT HURTS MY BODY

Located 40 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport. During our stay, the elevators were out of order so you have to haul your stuff up and down the stairs. Rooms are grotty and need a total renovation. Air con makes strange annoying ticking sound all the time. This was a one time stay.

The Mercure Hotel in Randburg is our go-to hotel in Johannesburg. Excellent customer service and comfortable rooms. It's also conveniently located at the new Ferndale on Republic shopping center, where there are great shopping and dining options.

World class service…You are the plug We did enjoyed our stay you will always be our home away from home..You have excellent staff with good customer care your rooms are super clean your also close to a shopping mall…✅✅✅

The Manager on Duty was friendly, but the rooms were very disappointing. They looked nothing like pictures online. We had no bath towels and had to ask for them and the toilet seat in one room was broken. The body wash and shampoo was empty. The breakfast was great, (the best part of the stay) sadly will not be going to the Mecure again
