Very nice stafd. We were only here for a night but would have stayed longer.

In spite of me being given the runaround by American Airlines and missing my flight to DFW and subsequently my flight to Sacramento Home Towne Suite of Red Roof Rancho Cordova did give me a refund for one of the nights that I had booked and when speaking with them they were very polite and helpful

There was no soap. Room had a smell in it. Ac unit was not working properly Shower head would leak No trash can in room Card reader to room was funky to operate

The stove top was severely rusted. Gave me the wrong wi-fi password, one of the chairs was missing the screws to hold the seat on and fell apart. The worst was the front desk clerk who checked me into room 331 trying to walk in when I was getting out of the shower and said he thought the room was empty. In general there were stains and spots all throughout the room and I will never stay there again.

Rooms are small, beds are small and the property smells so bad. I couldn’t stay there for the 4 nights originally booked. Checked in at 11pm and left at 12:30 because the odor in the room was so bad.

Was very dirty in the room and the shower wasn't clean, lots of trash outside and not really safe.

It was very noisy, especially with neighbors slamming there doors and apparently some wierdo was knocking on my door.

the room was not cleaned at 530 pm when i checked in. I walked in and there was hair on the bed and towels on the floor

The room was disgusting. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like stale smoke. There was a constant stream of shady individuals milling around and loitering, and to make things even worse, I was woken up at 4 am by a domestic dispute happening in front of the neighboring room, for 45 minutes.
