The room size was really small. The asthetics of the room was dull and there were hardly any amenities. Staffs were generous and cooperative though. Overall it was a waste of money because in that price one expects to get much better experience in a city like ranchi

The royal ranchi, ranchi hotel is very clean and food is very good. Excellent room service.

Hotel didn’t meet my expectations, even though it was marketed as a premium experience. If there are issues like unpleasant odors, want to address it with the hotel management. I tried to make it a room change or provide some other accommodations. After calling the mm t they agreed to change.

The rooms are not clean. I booked room for king size bed, they offer me twin bed room. Hotel manager has to give room as per booking and not to adjust.

Very rude and bad mouth front desk staff she do not know how to behave and how to talk to customer she is very arrogant
