Very bad experience room condition are very bad, no tooth kits were available. Towel and bed sheet was not clean

It was a reasonably good accommodation for the price. Hotel staff were very kind & cooperative. Room was neat, washroom neat.

Hotel is not up to the mark. "please provide feedback to makemytrip about the lack of a lift, small rooms, and unpleasant odors in the hotel to help them improve their services"

Bad bed, the shower was bad. And there were pan marks on the walls. Not sure if it was not a shady place.

Stay is good. There is old furniture. House keeping, behaviour of the hotel personnel is so good. No such disturbance is noticed

Location is very near to the ranchi railway station. Hotel rooms are decent. Service also good with personal touch. Food served from some other joints are good. Good for small stays.

Hotel room was ok. They do not provide any washing or dental kit. They do not have restaurant but if you order they will bring from outside. We faced current issue in running water from tap and shower. It is not acceptable at all. However for the person who was serving us was good and thats why i gave 3 star rating.

Location: 5 min walking distance from ranchi railway station
placed in car accessible lane food: property doesn't have own restaurant however in room service available on orders from good food joints nearby amenities: spacious and clean room and linens. Toilet and shower area neat and clean with 24x7 hot/cold water service. Tv, wardrobe and intercom present. Room with balcony also available. No lift service. Overall ratings: 4. 5/5
