Bloom Hotel - Ranchi

I had an excellent experience at the Bloom Hotel breakfast buffet! The spread offers a fantastic variety of options that cater to different tastes. The fresh fruits were a delightful start, and the selection of tea, coffee, and juice was perfect to kick off the morning. My personal favorites were the masala omelette and dosa—both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. What I loved most was that there’s something new to try every day, keeping the experience exciting and fresh. A special shoutout to Nikhil, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us every time, making the meal even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was spotless—very neat and clean—which added to the overall pleasant vibe. Highly recommend this breakfast buffet to anyone staying at Bloom Hotel!

Great experience as always at Bloom! Hope they continue to maintain great standards. Special mention to Nikhil and Satyajit of the service team. They were very positive, energetic and always smiling. Will definitely come back here on my next visit to the city.

It was a business trip with my family and I was very happy with hotel staff behaviour and moreover it was a very memorable stay here all amenities are good and I can recommend this hotel for a business as well as family stay. Mr Deepak has especially served us breakfast and dinner and i was impressed with his hospitality.

Fit only for the business traveller This is a very average property and has more things going wrong for it than right. So, I will simply tabulate the Wrongs vs Rights Wrongs 1. The Staff is totally indifferent to you, they are doing their jobs alright but none seems to have a desire to excel / be hospitable to you. This is exactly the opposite of what it should be if repeat customer is desired. 2. The Guest profile seems to match this attitude. At around 1.30 in the night someone started banging on my door and by the time I got up and looked through the Key hole, this guy was banging on the door opposite and then the next. No one from the staff tried to get this to stop. 3. The restaurant experience is the worst. The food is extremely poor taste wise. The presentation is untidy. The place is not properly cleaned with a sticky floor greeting me on the 1st day. This was brought to the notice of the staff and they agreed but did absolutely nothing to get it cleaned. This ensured that I only visited this place for the mandatory breakfast and took all other meals outside of this Hotel. 4. The rooms are tiny and on the 1st night my Air Con did not work leaving me uneasy and not well rested. Rights 1. The rooms are well kept and all basic amenities provided. The bed linen and towels were clean and top notch. It is the kind of place meant only for the business traveller who just needs a clean place to sleep in. Else it is entirely avoidable.

Staying at Bloom Hotel Ranchi was great overall experience. The rooms had all the comforts you come to expect, soft beds, hot showers, good cleanliness, a reliable wifi connection and air conditioning. The food was a stand out, very delicious with a great variety both in the restaurant and room service. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful in every aspect, arranging travel when we needed at reasonable prices. Special shoutout to Rupen Kumar Nayak who always went above and beyond. We will definitely be using Bloom again!
