The hotel is conveniently located near the Rameshwaram Temple, within walking distance, making it a practical choice for visitors. While it may not be the best in the area, it offers a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price compared to other, more expensive options. The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, and well-maintained. We stayed in both the family room and the superior rooms. The family room is particularly large, featuring one queen bed and a single bed, making it an excellent option for a small family with one or two children. The superior rooms are also comfortable and provide good value for the price. One of the advantages of this hotel is its in-house restaurant. While the food is average, it is edible and includes some North Indian options, which is a plus for travelers seeking variety. The hotel’s location is another highlight—it is situated on the route to the Dhanushkodi Highway, making it convenient for those planning to visit both the Rameshwaram Temple and Dhanushkodi. Overall, it’s a good choice for families looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

The checkin , lobby is good and the staff are polite but rest are average. The room is hyped with the photos, the rooms didn’t had the doors signs, lock was damaged in bathroom doors. They didn’t clean the room even we left the keys in reception. The restaurant is vegetarian, and served same menu daily and the food didn’t taste good. There is no live kitchen. No refrigerator, the kettle was broken

The hospitality and helpfulness of the executives and staff at Vinayaga by Poppys Rameswaram goes above and beyond. While the hotel in itself has well maintained rooms and a delectable choice of food items from their menu, I’d also like to quote a personal incident. During my 2 days stay at the hotel, I had a pretty bad health scare because of which I needed instant hospitalisation. The general manager, Mr. Ranjith, took us to a nearby hospital in his personal car alongside the assistance of his colleague and executive chef, Mr. Prashant, who stayed with me all throughout to help with language translation and any other help required. Beyond that, after I was back to the hotel, they kept checking upon my wellness. Their warmth is really appreciated. The front desk staff - Ms. Mathi, Ms. Abhinaya and Ms. Rosy - were also helpful with providing travel suggestions around the city and figure out the best way to utilise my time in order to cover all the places. Kudos!

No wi fi staff are aware but pretend not to know this is in the rooms available at front desk. Limited food options breakfast very ordinary. Even could not use my card for payment. Bathroom was very badly designed toilet paper holder a long way from the toilet.

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff and great hospitality right from check-in to check-out. The staff at reception, room service, restaurant...they were all very very polite...special mention to Kali Dass, Prashant and their team...they all took very good care of us. Keep it up. I will surely like to stay with you again.

Vinayaga is one of the best hotels in Rameshwaram. Room services are quick, Easy to talk to and will make sure you experience luxury. For Food it is a delight with their multi cuisine availability. The north indian food we had was a treat we can only find in Vinayaga that reminds me of home. Kali Dass, the restaurant incharge took the charge himself, to make us the most luxurious visit we can have. Even the reception was super cooperative and will try its best to meet your demands. So, overall its a 5 star for me, had the most welcoming, luxurious and comfortable stay, i could ask for.
