Wonderla Resort

The resort was a good place to relax and unwind. since we were only there for one night, we opted for the package with WiFi and complimentary breakfast (without the tickets to the amusement park). We liked the pool and the breakfast. Only issues were the issues connecting with the WiFI (would give an error that max capacity was reached), which would get resolved after two trips to the reception. The other major issue was the indoor pool not being heated (even though the description of the resort clearly states it’s a temperature controlled pool).

Great stay. Kids would really love the place. There are good enough activities both inside the resort and the WonderLa park. The breakfast is good with lots of options both Indian and Continental. Room service and Housekeeping is spotless.

Here is my experience at the Wonderla Resorts @ Bangalore. Summary: Excellent and beyond my expectations. Small areas of improvement are needed, but overall, a fine stay, play, and dine spot off the city’s concrete jungle. My family will come back here soon. Booking: It was an easy experience working with @Shebeer, who walked me through the best packages that suited my needs. Check-in: Thanks to @Shebeer, it was as smooth as butter. Stay: Decent rooms, park-facing, and very clean. The only feedback is to have slightly larger bathrooms to accommodate more space for wash and more drying space (considering most of your guests visit the water park and will have a lot of swimwear to dry) Facilities: Decent ones within the resort (swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities, special kids water ride, gym, coffeeshop, lovely garden, playground, laundry, flora and fauna, and many more), plus the option of a two-day water theme park entrance. Free cab to and from resort to park. Also, you can enter and exit whenever and as much as you want. That’s the perk of being a guest at the resort. Dining: A fine dining restaurant with a good option of food that tastes blissful! They have a great kitchen staff. The F&B staff are amiable and accommodate most of your dining needs. Special mention goes to captains @Binod and @Anand and stewards like @Joshbin. Frankly, I haven’t experienced this level of hospitality from any F&B staff, not even at any 5-star hotel. Park: Needless to say, this is the best in Bangalore, the south of India, or even the whole of India. Check-out: As easy as check-in, all wrapped in under 40 seconds. I thank all of those named and mentioned above, plus all other staff of whom I have not captured their names, including the rest of the F&B staff, the kitchen crew, the housekeeping staff, the two bellboys (loved their hospitality), the doorman (he was such a nice guy!), the pool staff/lifeguards, the room service staff, the barman, the guards, and finally the @Chittilappilly family for giving us this excellent facility. “I’ll be back!”

Very good presentation from bar.....enjoy the beer with your friends....very good unlimited beer with snacks, enjoy your friends .... Beer is nice and side sidh also nice..have a nice day in wonderla... It was a good day. Josh periya was a good person in service

It was an awesome stay at Wonderla Resort this Onam with the family.. Onam Sadya was the best. A special thanks to the team who made everything best - Himani, Praveen, Dileep, Anand, Ganesh,Jose, Naveen :) They were so welcoming and warm They were very friendly and accommodating

I recently celebrated my anniversary at Wonderla resort, and it was by far the best anniversary celebration we’ve had in the last 7 years. A huge thank you to the executive, Pradeep(executive housekeep), for his exceptional attention to detail and unique decoration style. The atmosphere he created was perfect and added so much to the special day. We truly appreciate his efforts in making our anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to celebrate a milestone event!
