Hotel Nova Pride

Hi! my stay at this hotel was disappointing. I had booked for 5 nights from november 25th to 30th, paid 26, 600, but we could only stay for a night and checked-out on next day, 26th november, due to terrible conditions. The location was inconvenient with limited access to transportation and it was situated near a hospital making the area unpleasant. The rooms had a strong unpleasant odour and there were no toiletries provided. The food was served in cracked utensils and the front desk was uncooperative when i raise the issue on check-in day. Despite raising the issue regarding a refund both parties were being negligence. I am still waiting for the refund. Looking forward to your best efforts.

Rooms were clean and staff were quite co operative. Those who are looking for budget accommodation must stay here.

Hotel is located near to the railway station and can be easily located. Rooms and washrooms are neat and clean and service is also good.
