The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They have no idea how to talk to the guest. When I inquired about my booking, that lady rudely said "Aapne book kiya hai na, aap wait karo. Mai baad mai check karti hun". The bedsheet was burnt and had holes in it. I asked them to change but simply said "It's clean". End of the discussion!!!! Worst experience in terms of Hospitality and staff behaviour. The only good part was they served a good breakfast. They served Puri and sabzi, which was good. The puri was soft sabzi was mildly spicy but delicious

Taps should be loose to open and close because its too tight. Warm water takes times. Food was very good with minimum oil.

very nice and beautiful place to stay with family & single also. walking distance from rly stn. I recommend it for all viewers and travelers who are going to Raipur. Blindly go for it

When i booked room their where no photos of rooms available like what kind of rooms will be and they name it superior rooms. When i was making booking i thought as it named superior it will have good amount of space and big rooms but when they showed us our room it was too small like there is no space to even walk properly multiple times i got knocked into corners of beds and hot injuries. And now comes great part it's middle of december and they do not have hot water facility in bathroom.
