If I could give this less than 1 star I would.. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. AC does not work in all rooms, which means no proper ventilation and rooms smell of mould, I was told there was nothing that could be done. No lift in hotel so do not book if you have mobility issues, no one is going to help you with your luggage. Restaurant was not serving breakfast but we were informed we could go to a partner hotel (Gillingham) for breakfast, I assure you it’s not worth the drive. Staff are there to do the minimum, not interested in good or bad customer experience.

Checked in to this hotel and had alot of luggage to carry. Abbey on reception offered to carry my case up to my room. The room was spacious but needs a refurb. The staff were very helpful. Lots of things to do in area. The car park was taken over by a oversized traveller caravan which made it hard to park. Good place to stay for business as it's has good motorway links.

My family and I recently stayed at this Premier Inn in Rainham during November for a special occasion. We were attending a wedding nearby and needed a comfortable and affordable place to stay. The hotel definitely delivered on both counts. We had a lovely receptionist called Abby,who very kindly offered to carry our luggage upstairs. We also had an issue with the tv in the room we stayed in but it was no problem for Abby to fix.

Hotel room was lovey and clean and had everything you would expect from a premier inn. Check in was smooth and the staff were lovely and attentive, especially with our little girl. Staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for our stay We didn’t eat in the pub/restaurant so can’t comment on food but drinks and atmosphere were both nice.

Great little place which suited our needs for the wedding we were attending. There is a friendly team who helps with whatever you need. The lady in reception who checked us in was very pleasant and kind. The room was spacious and clean. Just a few minor issues with the room but nothing that ruined our stay there.

Stayed for friends' wedding. Abby on reception, couldn't have been kinder to us! She let us arrive earlier and made sure rooms were ready for us, carried our luggage to our rooms and was very polite and professional. Room was clean and good area with bars and restaurants. Thankyou for a great stay. I would come again.

Fabulous stay as always. I love a Premier Inn, comfy beds and pillows and this was as awesome as any I have stayed in. Really handy location and great transport links. Travelling as a solo female traveller can be daunting which is why I always pick a premier inn. It always feels so safe Thank you

Lovely rooms, nice size very comfortable. Ross was exceptional couldn’t do enough for you, he went above and beyond. Breakfast was very nice in Beefeater. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Central location for bars and shops

Outstanding customer service. Ross on reception extremely helpful as was the cleaner for our room on floor 2. Very efficient and clear communications. Free parking and in good location for the town with plenty of amenities near. Good sized rooms, nice and clean.
