We had a long trip and were shattered when we arrived, we were met with the upmost politeness and even though there was a mix up (on my behalf) the gentleman made this a smooth check in and nothing was any trouble! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable

Although I arrived late. DAVE the night porter was very helpful, friendly and gave me plenty of info for the following mornings breakfast. The room was spotless. Crisp clean sheets, comfy pillows and a nice warm room. Shower was nice and hot with plenty of fresh towels etc. Will definitely be back.

I stayed there on 12 Dec. Literally I booked for 11-12 where I was meant to book 12th-13th. I arrived very early morning on 12th, literally the check out date. Due to business I could not make call that i would be late to arrive. Denzel sort out my problem efficiently and quickly. it was same day in and out. It would be difficult for me to manage if it would not be sorted by Denzel. Thanks a lot Denzel.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly but the family in the room above allowed the child to jump on the floor causing a lot of noise for us very early in the morning.

Cheap n cheerful, all the basics but no noise considering it’s a motorway services location. Parking ok book in with your Reg number. The hotel reception guy was great, cheerful and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, comfortable bed, shower and bath passable. If you’re travelling coast bound you have to divert off the motorway across the access bridge, I had local knowledge but might confuse people new to the services. Budget stopover no complaints.

Might be difficult to find at first tucked away by the service station but the satnav should take you to it. Friendly staff, nice room however few stains in carpet and small cold draft from the window when closed. Other than that had a decent night sleep.
