no wifi, very inconvenient. connection to other owns network was weak too.

Stayed here a few times and always found the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are always comfy. The hotel is set back far enough from the A2 so noise isn't an issue. Rainham not far with access to supermarkets and takeaways.

Had an appointment so traveled down for a couple of days very pleasant stay room was warm and very clean enjoyed the stay

Outdated Hotel, cleanliness not the best either. However staff were receptive and friendly. Other than that, I don't think i'll book here again.

Room had a unpleasant smell and nothing seemed clean. Very strong **** smell in the corridor in the morning.

Amazing customer service, Denzel on reception was very welcoming, very funny and giving us good tips on where to eat nearby. Always Positive and very informative. Absolutely amazing person and makes the hotel an amazing, welcoming place to stay Well done denzel!

Comfortable room, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Denzel went out of his way to assist us. The hotel was bit noisy at night and the carpark was muddy and had numerous potholes. I would stay there again because the staff were so good.

Excellent staff, clean room, bathroom clean and excellent supply of clean towels and plenty of hot water. Denzil was awesome ! Thank you for your happy help! As a motorway hotel it was quite noisy but the excellent service from the staff definitely made up for the noise.
