I recently stayed at Le Jarden, and I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it helps improve your services. Unfortunately, my visit was not as pleasant as expected. - The food quality was below standard, with the same gravy used for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Additionally, we found hair in the poha, which raised serious hygiene concerns. - The check-in and check-out times were rigid, making scheduling difficult. - Cleanliness was a major issue. Our room was not properly prepared, and the bedding appeared used. Worse still, there were bed bugs, which made for an uncomfortable night. - The property lacked adequate staff, leading to slow service. A medical emergency kit was not readily available, causing a 15–20 minute wait. - Despite having a turf, no playing equipment was provided. - The swimming pool also requires maintenance, particularly the sharp edges, which pose a safety risk. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed for future guests.
