Wonderful accomodation, spacious rooms, all ameneties were functional, tasty food, courteous staff at front desk, polite and helpful staff at restaurant. All together I had a wonderul stay. One can choose this resort for corporate events also.

Good ambience. Well trained staff pool side view is very eye catching. Natural beauty...... Love food.. Continental food it's very good. Service captain Sajal is well traind and nice behave. All service is very good. Conti chef Dibyendu well cooked the food. Very tasty.

Anup jana given room service and sajal maity givem restaurant service is very appreciated. I was on business trip for an week and never filled as in restaurant. The food if very good inf restaurant. After routine work you can e joy archery, carrom, swimming pool, for drinkers there is separate bar also,😋😜

Services of Sajal and Arijit have been extremely good They were prompt and polite all the time and eager to serve us. We wish them well. Room arrangements were very satisfactory .very good services.......... country roads as vary good.....

Very good resorts near panchla, very good seevice, very good lunch, good resorts good service sajal arun goof *** visit again and again, nice swimming pool, all staff are very friendly all areas need and clean, come again and again very good lunch

Country Roads is personally one my most preferred properties in Kolkata for leisure and holidays. Its one of the best masterplanned projects in this region with attached villa district with manicured gardens and serene walkways. Having been there so many times whether corporate picnic, or staycation, I have developed a special connect with the people. Especially staff like Chandan who knows how to develop rapport and ensures the guest requirements are looked into.

We had gone for a day trip there with family,needless to say all the staffs are amazing .They would always greet you with smile,hospitality is topnotch.Speciall mention and praise to Mr.Shankar Bera who looks after the pool area.He is commendable ,his behaviour and charm would please you at every step.You ask for anything he will be right there with all your requirements.Staff like him is an asset to the organization.Request to management do look after him and your guest would always leave with a happy note.

Service was very good... Especially of Nityananda ji..... Swimming pool was clean..Food quality was also good but it is very over priced and quantity is also less compared to the price. Overall had a pleasant stay. Recommend for a weekend trip.
