Borgo di Castelvecchio

When my son and lovely new daughter in law first said they wanted to get married in Tuscany we thought they should follow their dream and go for it! Well, what can I say!! Borgo di Castelvecchio was just amazing in its beautiful setting and perfect in every way, as was lovely Giulia who was exceptional just being around the whole time making sure everything was going well, always there but at the same time quietly in the background, very professional!! (not to mention all the staff who worked so hard to make our experience amazing ! The gardener was always happy to stop for a few minutes to chat with us as he worked hard keeping it all pristine, everyone was so friendly and always happy to help) Sooo well done Borgo and thank you again for our unforgettable and wonderful experience in your idyllic setting as well as the opportunity to stay in your unique rooms!! There was literally nothing not to love!!! Love and much appreciation from Greig’s parents and proud new parents in law to Stefanie.

We had our wedding weekend here in August 2023 and it was an absolute dream. The Borgo is absolutely stunning, the view’s are spectacular in every direction and all the rooms are outstanding. All of the staff were amazing, really welcoming to us and all of our guests. The Borgo did a breakfast buffet every morning, which was delicious and they accommodated my wife’s gluten allergy with extra gluten free bread provided. As well they did a pasta buffet lunch at the pool bar, which was wonderful, and took the bridal party’s to the Contradio villa whilst they got ready, which was a really nice touch. When the coach arrived with our guests they took all baggage to rooms for them and on checkout for the bus they confirmed with us everyone who hadn’t checked out had a different transport to leave. They even gifted us a selection of photos of the weekend that the staff had taken as a gift, which was a wonderful personal touch. We love we can come back whenever we like to stay and relive our wedding weekend in future. Thank you so much Borgo di Castelvecchio!
