Very good food, every one from the service was very nice and helpful. The WiFi coverage in common areas could be increased.

Amazing beach, delitious meals, the hotel is near the AirPort. The people were very friendly. The holiday was beautiful.

Excellent quality of food, In September there was NO CHILD, like only adults. Good quality of sleep, lot of space. Really NO STRESS place, only wifi was not running good, but it isn't problem for me.

The hotel grounds are very spacious , cleaned very regularly and maintained well. There is a barrier to get into the entrance of the hotel for security. There is a amphitheatre opposite the entrance of the foyer which offers a 9pm show a couple of times a week plus music by the pool and singers several times a week with bingo, karaoke and a quiz night . The swimming pool area is kept clean with lots of loungers and double sun beds but unfortunately towels are out by others by 7.30am in the morning and they do not move all day. There are two small water slides for children. The hotel offers aqua gym sessions and water cycling sessions each day. The entertainment staff are energetic , dedicated and an asset to the hotel. The accommodation overlooks the beach. The accommodation resemble very old looking bungalows along cobbled steps or smooth ramps. There were two of us in a two bedroom apartment with 4 double beds. With air con just in the main room. Sliding doors on both rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. There are 3 bars around the hotel, one snack bar, one shop and one large restaurant. The buffet style restaurant is very good in the sense there is a large variety of food and drink three times a day with the all inclusive package but can get a bit boring when you go to the same room every evening. The waiters do clean up the tables quickly and efficiently. Two things that need to improve are the reception staff. They are not very welcoming at any time and for the first people you see when you arrive this could be improved! Very disappointed with them. The second is the WiFi which is not great. Yes you want to relax but to keep in touch with family is important too. The nearest area to leave the hotel for a meal and change of scenery is Sal Rei which is a 15 min drive in a taxi. Cape Verde is a pretty island although it’s owed by Portugal you do feel it’s been neglected. We went on 5 tours-catamaran, sunset dinner, beach bbq, turtle trip and an off-road trip. A very relaxing time in Cape Verde.

This was my second stay in this hotel this year and i cannot be more happy. The way everybody cares always with the smile on their faces is unbelievable. The food options are perfect, you can always find something to eat. Drinks are really good. Everything is great because it prepared with love in this hotel. Thanks to manager of the kitchen, he is doing amazing job. I just want to say thanks to all the stuff and especially the animation team. Lamine, Mama, Ruana, Christian. They doing their job with all they have, the happiness and their energy you can feel on the other side of the hotel. Thank you for amazing memories this year and see you again in January!

Had a great time. Would return any time staff is friendly en everything is clean. Food is really good lunch and diner were different evers day. Pool is saltwater but very clean. Animation is absolute perfect. Make sure you bring sunscreen 50 uv is very strong

My best vacation so far, and I have traveled all over Europe. Nice people, helpful staff, large selection of food, warm ocean. I recommend.
