My trip to Ecuador ran into numerous snags just getting there, and multiple flight delays that pushed me back a full day on arriving. Things kept changing on my end, and the staff worked with me through every change, making sure I had a place to stay on arrival. Plans changed so many times I can't count them. The staff kept up with these changes with friendly texts letting me know that things would work out on their end. They did. When I finally made it, tired and frustrated from a long trip and all the difficulties, I was welcomed with a warm smile, a clean room, and a comfortable bed. And a great breakfast the next morning. They were a tremendous help, and I cannot say enough kind words about them. I left smiling. I would absolutely stay here again. Would not recommend staying here unless you are a spanish speaker. Could not use a translator app because the wifi was down. The suite door did not lock with either of the room keys, the shower in one of the rooms did not drain.

I like free airport ride and nice hot showers. We arrived late and not many choices for food. Small breakfast included was good. Did not see much in the area to go to. Bed ok, I like softer ones.

The place was clean but the room was so small that there wasn’t room for our suitcase on the floor and still be able to walk around the bed. They solar heat the water. Hot shower is good during the day but at night it is like warm at best. We only stayed there one night to catch a flight the next day to Cuenca so not a big deal for us. No near by restaurants or anything else.

I liked the free transport option from and to the airport, although we had to pay for a second taxi as we were 5 people with luggage. What I didn't like was that the restaurant was closed in the evening and we had to buy an expensive takeout pizza. Breakfast was included, but not available until 7am. We had to leave at 6 am to catch the flight to the Galapagos and had to eat at the airport. Also, I booked a family suite and it was given to someone else, forcing our family to stay in smsll, separate rooms far away from each other. We only stayed one night, but for these reasons we will not stay there again on our layover back to the US.

Rooms should be soundproof. Too much noise when guest arrives

Well, I didn't stay at the property. There was no shuttle to meet my late flight, and the wifi was so spotty I could only stay connected to dash off a message as much to the host. I waited 40 min, then decided to take a taxi, but the drivers didn't know the address to get me there. I couldn't access ******* to get the phone number for the taxi driver to call, so I left for the Wyndham. Not a good experience at all. Especially not at 11:30 pm, you know they said no check in after midnight.

Very reasonably priced place to stay near the Quito airport and they pick you up and give you breakfast as well
