Đây là lần thứ hai chúng tôi ở Red Hotel vì vị trí rất thuận tiện để đến các trung tâm mua sắm và bến xe buýt. Thật tuyệt khi được ở đây chỉ để thư giãn và có thời gian gắn kết tuyệt vời với gia đình sau một ngày dài làm việc. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ như mọi khi. Bữa sáng ngon và giường trong phòng cũng rất thoải mái. Tuy nhiên, trong lần lưu trú thứ hai, tôi nhận thấy rằng phòng có rất nhiều gián nhỏ. Điều này rất đáng lo ngại, đặc biệt là khi tôi có hai đứa con nhỏ. May mắn thay, chúng không bị cắn. Ngoài ra, cửa phòng tắm không hoạt động và không thể khóa được, đây cũng là vấn đề chúng tôi gặp phải trong lần lưu trú đầu tiên tại Phòng gia đình. Khi chúng tôi thử khu vực hồ bơi, có vẻ như phòng vệ sinh nữ đang được cải tạo, điều này rất bất tiện vì chúng tôi không chắc mình có nên sử dụng phòng vệ sinh nam hay không. Tôi tin rằng khách sạn này vẫn còn tương đối mới và tôi đề xuất ban quản lý khách sạn nên cải thiện các tiện nghi này. Nhưng nhìn chung, tôi vẫn thích ở đây! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

IT IS NOT AS GOOD AS BEFORE. The Hotel is my favorite place to stay whenever we Have an event to attend at Araneta Center. It is not maintained as expected. It used to be spotlessly clean and complete supply with amenities. Recently, it is not as good as before. No teaspoon supplied for the coffee and tea making facility. The door has no more chailock, a security breach. I hope, the management would take time to review on maintaining their amenities.

If you're going to a concert at Smart Arena, this is a good hotel. It's a night or two nights max. No further. For some reason, my room wasn't cleaned for three days, so I had to ask for water myself. There's only one towel per person in the room, and there's no shower mat or slippers. It's very slippery and easy to fall. The breakfasts were pretty poor for me (I don't eat rice with meat in the morning), just an omelet and that's it. There's not even tea, just instant coffee. The staff is very polite, and it's a really convenient location, but the area itself isn't great, and it's sometimes scary to walk around.

We've had a great experience! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I didn’t expect too much because I had read a lot of negative reviews, which is also why we chose the executive room. We loved the pool, especially at night. We also loved the breakfast, even though there were only a few options, we were full and the selected dishes were decent. I’ll definitely come back for a longer stay and recommend this to my friends.

It’s actually our second stay there. The issues were addressed properly by the management. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough to accommodate the small room. After asking the front desk to fix it, they sent someone to have it checked. They also fixed the shower which fell off the floor. Unexpectedly, I received a call from them that they would transfer us to another room. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t that clean since it had some hair fall and there was a cockroach in the toilet. Finally, the manager told me that they would transfer us to a much better room and it was perfect for us! On the hand, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the price. Very few options and I believe that my money was just gone with some simple food options! All in all, we had a good two-day stay there.

Overall, we had a good stay here though was a bit of worried about the parking space (outside-though has guard/s).

Foreign tourists beware this hotel doesn't have a hot shower, it isn't recommended for longer stay, no cable tv, slow internet. Door alarm is anoying, and filipino guests aren't mindful of their ethics. Regardless of time they are too loud! Don't be fooled by the picture because it looks tidy and modern but the reality is quite surprising. Lower your expectations to about 75% when touring the Philippines for having such low quality/standards yet pricey hotels..

Enjoy the breakfast buffet

Good hotel for the price. Location is great, mrt just 3mins walk away and food options are a lot since malls are just across too. Buffet breakfast is okay not so many options but quite decent compared to most budget hotels.

Dayshift staff are very accomodating, night shift receptionists are so distructed and unaccompdating.

The staff are nice small hotel but complete amenities like swimming pool.gym and restaurant. The food is okey not excelent but ok for it's price per room.will come back again.
