A group of 25 senior citizens originating from Tenerife, Canary Island, arrived at this hotel on 11/05/24 round 8-9pm local time. Female front desk refused to accommodate two of the group guests, complaining about the room was hot, the A/C was not functioning, she refuse " the customer is always right". The female front desk insulted the intelligence of the patrons thru her comments to them. Between the group leader and members, rooms were change to #408 still the room was hot the A/C did not function, the front desk abuse the group guest stating, "you do not like it here leave". If you are insulten dependent and need to have it refrigerated, rooms do not offer small refrigerators, insulins are kept in the front desk locked room, NO front desk associates. A/C in the room did not function till 4 am the following morning. No small refrigerator No Fans Available Rude Front Desk Night Make Up Mirror two way did not Function

Well stay. Good location. Good facilities. Good relation quality - price. Staff very kind. Breakfast complete buffet. The spa zone is really pleasant, quiet and enough circuit to clear your mind and body. The room was so great, but I still don't understand why the pillows are NORMAL cotton!!!. Please, start using visco-latex.!!! Regards

Very clean, excellent service. I was a bit weary to book here because of its proximity to a road, but it's very quiet. The rooms are very clean and have a decent size. The spa is wonderful, although you have to pay extra for it. Unfortunately we couldn't use the gym because it was out of order.

el spa tenia muchas cosas estropeadas, gente sin gorro, nadie controla , muchos gritos . Agua fría de las piscinas. En el flotarium no flotas. Bien el detalle de la botella de agua para acceder al spa. Sería ideal un reloj en el spa para ir controlando horario. La Habitación bien pero le falta tener neverita. Cama cómoda. Se oye demasiado ruidos de fuera del otro hotel. El personal de recepción atento. Spa caro para lo q ofrecen. Muy bien que te dejen sales de baño para el jacuzzi de la habitación. Desayuno muy completo para el precio. Pero el zumo ponía natural y no lo era. Cosillas a mejorar para el precio que tiene pero en general bien

Pequeño y sencillo hotel, familiar, cómodo y tranquilo. Lo mejor: la situación, la atención del personal, la limpieza, el buen estado de las instalaciones, el desayuno y el spa, muy completo. Detalles mejorables: gimnasio cerrado, el somier de la cama y la falta de una nevera en la habitación. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Hice un alto en el camino para descansar en el spa. Al llegar nos atendió la recepcionista muy simpática y nos indicó el camino hacia el spa. Llegamos al spa y no hay nadie, sólo un teléfono, llamamos y nos atiende la recepción. Empieza la aventura En un momento he visto cómo una misma chica atendía la recepción del hotel, la recepción del spa y escuché que le explicaba a un cliente algo de otro hotel y se iba con él, por lo que entiendo que también es ella quien se encarga de atenderlo. A todo esto, una única señora atendiendo el spa (además de la recepcionista que bajó a atender a las cerca de 10 personas que estábamos esperando a que apareciese alguien). Cómo es posible que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga solamente dos empleados para atender absolutamente todo? Atención deficiente y justa y no por culpa del personal. Recepción con colas de gente, spa con colas de gente y un teléfono chirriante sonando. Consejo para el dueño: Quien mucho abarca poco aprieta. Y a las personas que estaban trabajando esta tarde: muchísimas gracias por el trato y la atención.

Creo que se le han caído algunas estrellas con el paso del tiempo. Nos ha tocado una habitación con una bañera rota y muy oxidada, como para cortarse. Humedades en las paredes, sillas desconchadas. Si llegas por la noche, llévate una linterna, no encienden luces, para ahorrar, ni en el parking ni en la recepción. Desayuno malo y escaso. Un café que se supone que es café por el color. Sobaos, magdalenas,... y demás de muy mala calidad. La piscina grande del spa, agua tirando a fría y todo el spa a oscuras. El edificio es precioso pero va a menos, se nota abandono.

Un hotel increíble y muy tranquilo. La habitación de gran calidad, muy limpia y con jacuzzi. El desayuno bueno. El spa está muy bien y el personal es muy simpático y agradable. Además es bastante económico relación calidad-precio

Habitacion con bastantes desperfectos,bañera oxidada,papelera rota,la tv solo se ven 2 canales y sobre todo una cama doble muy pequeña,El spa no llegue a verlo asi q no puedo opinar,el desayuno es de los peores que he probado con un solo tipo de leche y un tipo de zumo y el peor cafe de la historia,como agua marron quemada,bolleria industrial y de baja calidad,en cambio dire que el servicio de limpieza y las camareras son muy amables y eficientes.Buen enclave y localización buena
