Cavendish Bosom Buddies Cottages & Suites

Summer was alive and well in Cavendish last weekend. Our stay at Cavendish Bosom Buddies was fantastic. We were treated to a newly renovated two-bedroom cottage which included a spacious kitchen, living area and dining room, in addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while we enjoyed lounging pool side. The hot tub and sauna space recently added to the property is a lovely addition. One of the highlights of our visit was exploring the nearby Prince Edward Island National Park. We walked the trails which included stunning coastal views, lush forests, and pristine beaches. We were treated to a bagpiper performing onsite one of the mornings. The location of the cottage gives easy access to great culinary experiences. We enjoyed brunch in North Rustico at Tides and Tales, visited the recently opened Stoked in New Glasgow for local beer and pizza for lunch and grabbed some fresh seafood at Doiron’s Seafood in North Rustico to cook up at the cottage for supper. By the Bay Bakery was another gem, offering freshly baked goods! In addition to the wonderful food and natural beauty, the hospitality we received was exceptional. Kenny and Tracey take great pride in the property and are consistently looking for ways to improve the guest experience. They recently added bike rentals to their offer but we weren’t able to fit that in this trip!!

We had a great stay at Cavendish Bosom Buddies! The cottage was clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play. Had a nice fire at one of the 3 fire pits available. We will definitely be back!

We have enjoyed the suites at Bosom Buddies in Cavendish PEI for about 6 years and for the first time this year, a cottage, so we could invite family to share our favorite vacation spot. That in itself should be all the recommendation one would need; however, the accommodations are superb and very well equipped, the staff and management is very friendly and obliging of any reasonable request, and the beds so comfortable! We love the pool which is immaculate and also well equipped and surrounded with lovely deck chairs. We look forward to change rooms and toilet facilities being installed at the pool and presently under construction. Best vacation ever for seniors who are not beach goers and have seen all the tourist spots on the Island and are looking for rest and relaxation in a little piece of Heaven. The Pauzes
