Great location and a very clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of nice restaurants around, walking distance to all sites. Paid parking lots within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all it takes to have a meal inside.

Lovely apartment, there were three of us and this was perfect for our short stay. Great location, easy to see the city from here. Only improvement we would suggest is they need to put something in for your clothes. There was nothing so we used the floor.

Excellent stay. We checked in easily with the code and were pleasantly surprised at how close the lofts are to everything. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the decorations are tasteful. I love that it had a washer and dryer unit. The full kitchen was also very handy. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location and modern cozy apartment to discover the old town of Quebec City. Just a stroll if a few minutes to enjoy the old town. Just two house next door was a lovely cafe to get great coffee and tea and pastry 🥐. We had apartment P301 with two bedrooms, perfect for family or two couples. We fully recommend this place. There is a public parking lot directly near the house.

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Clean, Good beds and sheets. Only draw back was the kitchen in very minimal. If you want to cook you have to purchase everything. The stairs to the third floor were narrow and steep. Getting suit cases up and down was a chore. Other than that I would recommend them.

The location was good. The loft was good. The only thing I would say is that the mattress in the bedroom was hard as a rock. I had to put pillows on the bed to actually sleep. Plus, they didn't have any coffee pods or dishwasher pods or washing machine pods just in case you needed to utilize that amenity. Other than that it was a nice place to stay in the Quebec.

We booked the apartment months in advance with pictures and descriptions showing a larger unit with a nice sitting areas and closets in the bedrooms. We had the address also in advance. At the last minute (on the day we arrived) they changed the address! The unit looked nothing liked the pictures on our original booking. It was much smaller as in half the size. No closet space and no drawers to store our clothes! We can only leave our clothes in our suitcases. Ugh!! Only one hall AC unit so we had keep our bedroom doors open to have it cooler. No detergent for the washer as the bottle was empty and we had to buy our own. Sleep deprived as we could hear both our neighbors above and below us at 2am walking around (not much sound proofing). Also did not feel safe as there was no bolt lock for the front door so anyone with the code can come in. One of the locked back door was completely open when we came back from a day of site seeing. Wound up putting chairs in front of all the doors so we could hear if someone tried to come in while we were sleeping. Called the management to complain about the place and they said the unit is what we originally booked (which is a lie) and they would not change the place for us and acted like he could care less. Lastly the stairs up and down to the unit was very steep and dangerous! It was really hard with luggage and if you did not walk sideways you could fall and cause serious injury. My stay with the two of us was very unpleasant and we spent as much time out as much as possible. I plan on going back to Quebec City and will stay anyplace other than a Les Lofts property. I do not recommend them at all!

Very clean, comfortable unit. Within walking distance of everything!! Easy, contactless checkin/checkout. Only minor inconvenience was no coffee maker and no hooks for clothing in the bedrooms. The stairs are very steep, just to be aware!!
