Absolutely brilliant stay everyone so friendly and helpful, food very tasty and hot.Would recommend the five Island speedboat trip very exciting and worth the money,please book with Michael on the beach such a helpful Man 5 starfor him nothing to much trouble will organise anything for you. Simi in reception is very helpful if you need anything only just got to ask. Restaurant staff very frindly an helpful carnt remember names but thanks to them, beach bar staff are very friendly and make fresh cocktails not from a bottle. A Big thanks to all for making our holiday so special.

I’ve never left a review for a hotel before but our stay and time at Friday Attitude was so fantastic I had to. We travelled with our young daughters and it was our first time away with our youngest (17mon) The hotel is an absolute paradise, it is exactly like the photos if not better. Walking through the grounds feels like walking through a curated rainforest. The food has been exceptional all week, particularly for my self having Coeliac and needing gluten free meals the staff were so helpful. And in general there was always plenty of rice dishes. The food was an amazing mix of Indian, African and French cuisine and there was always so many options. Special thanks to Ruben who made me a gluten free cake specially for my birthday, and did cooking class with our eldest daughter. And a mention for all the staff we encountered all week from the moment we arrived, they have been amazing with our girls, always full of smiles, high fives and really approachable, they are a credit to the hotel. The ladies who ran Kids Club in particular were fantastic, as well as all the waiting staff, bar tenders and cleaning staff. And special thank you to Simi for letting us keep our room for late check out on our last day, that was a huge help with the baby. There is so much wildlife around, particularly birds which our youngest has been obsessed with all week I would highly recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise over the ocean, it was incredible. We are so sad to be leaving today and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for the most perfect tropical island getaway.

This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful Hotel. The staff (Family) as always cannot do enough to make your stay here a very memorable holiday. A few of the staff I would like to mention are:- Iqbal and Simi who run the House Keeping, thank you for everything and letting us keep our room until our pick-up time. Vikram, Mike and all the restaurant staff for looking after us whilst we were dining. A very big thank you for helping me to celebrate my Wifes birthday with a fantastic meal on the beach (luckily the weather held out). Also Mike a very big thank you for inviting my Wife and I to your home for the Traditional Mauritiun Meal, we had a really fantastic time. All credit to your wife for preparing such a lovely meal. All in all everyone who works at this wonderful Hotel deserve a big pat on the back for their professionalism and friendliness. like they say - Every day is a Friday here -. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We will be back again.

So you are planning a trip to Mauritius and are looking for a place to stay. Look no further! The hotel is a small cosy 50 room property with a semi-private beach, situated on the east of the island where the tourists are scarce and the hospitality is superb! The room, albeit a bit small, was located next to the beach, featured a sit out area and was equipped with all the amenities that one is used to. A 4 poster bed was a highlight! They place a small jar of an in-house made coconut sweet when you arrive. It was unbelievably good, delicately balanced flavours that allowed you to taste every ingredient. My compliments to Chef Ruben, who created it! The bar by the beach has a great range of cocktails, spirits wines and beers and featuers evening entertainment as well. The main restaurant serves all three meals in a buffet style and the food is amazing. They feature a good mix of Local Indian and French. 3 nights a week, Sita Chachi makes the roti...DO NOT MISS IT! They have a speciality restaurant that operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for dinner. The menu is locally inspired and it is advisable to book in advance as the seating is limited. The food is all cooked in an open kitchen and is delicious. They even cater to vegetarians which is not always easy to find on the island. The staff - easily, one of the most amazing set of people that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. From the front desk, the restaurants, the chefs and the housekeeping. They are all so gracious in their hospitality. They are warm and caring and endeavour to make every guest have the most enjoyable experience. It is their dedication to their craft that speaks volumes. I will find it very hard to choose any other hotel when I visit next. I can truly say that I have found a home in Mauritius. I am listing the staff below, who made my trip one of the best I have ever experienced. If I missed anyone, I do apologise. Each and every one of the staff are what makes the hotel an experience to be had. All the staff ; Simi, Quincy, Douchika; Jenna; Madhvi; Sandhya and Jessy on the kitchen were all very helpful and welcoming; polite and kind The massage at the spa was excellent ang professionally executed and value for money and relaxing and rejuvenating. Madhvi went out of her way to find me a good hairdresser to get hair done for a special occasion for my sons wedding. Bar and nught animation with live performance is really cool with the singer . Thanks to everyone. I really enjoyed my stay with my 9 year old daughter. The hotel is well designed to accommodate families with kids. Will definitely come again Nish
