Aquashow Park Hotel

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. I can’t recommend this hotel and park highly enough. We travelled as a group of 4 adults and two teenagers for May half term. The hotel is really well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are polite and really helpful. We were very happy to find that our family room was actually two full size rooms with a connecting door, giving our teen his own space and his own bathroom, this was fantastic value for money. The hotel has a pool, small splash area and a good sized wooden play area. There is some sun-bed saving (as with all hotels) but we always found beds when we wanted them. The food at breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pastries, hams and cheese, bread and an “English” selection too. We enjoyed the food from the snack bar, good value too. The mini golf is a great, there’s an indoor pool but we didn’t use it. You get free entry to the water park which is separate to the hotel but literally a 2 minute walk. The park is fantastic, there’s something for everyone. Wave pool, lazy river, loads of rides and slides and two big sections for little kids. We didn’t queue for more than a few minutes, May is a great time to go. We used the Bolt app to get taxis to Quarteira and Vilamoura to eat in the evening, both lovely and loads of choice. Thoroughly recommend Golden Marina for Chinese food, so good we went twice. We’d return to the resort and the hotel, we had a fantastic time!

We chose to stay at this hotel so our son could enjoy the indoor water park, which he loved. This was the second hotel we stayed at during our visit to Portugal and we were all very happy with the hotel and its facilities. The food is well priced, and we enjoyed every meal at the hotel. Our highlight was the staff, they were all so helpful, polite and really made an effort with us to ensure we were enjoying our visit. Thank you very much to all staff who made our holiday memorable.
