We regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, reiterating that your comments are extremely important, allowing us to implement improvements to our service, which are already being evaluated. It would be a pleasure to receive you at the Luna Olympus, and demonstrate that your dissatisfaction can be reversed into a great experience. Regarding the Bar and The Restaurant, we would like to clarify that we don not advirtise any Bar in the Hotel in any of our channels of sales, as we do not have a bar inside the Hotel. There are 3 Bars in the same building, but outside of the Hotel. We also advise in all of our sales channels, that the restaurant is open from June to the end of october, serving just breakfast. Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Dear Sir, Dear Guest, As General Manager, I want to address your review and clarify some points. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I was particularly surprised by your comments regarding our staff. We pride ourselves on taking good care of our employees, just as they take good care of our clients, treating them like family. We have a fantastic team recognized by most of our clients, which is reflected in numerous guest comments both in person and on online platforms. It is with regret that I read your review, especially because it was you who disrespected me, yelling at me, using offensive words, and not giving me the opportunity to explain to you that our equipment for opening the doors had a small unexpected breakdown, which the maintenance was repairing, in order to open the door to your room. Later in the afternoon, you came again to the reception and shouted at me again, manifesting a huge lack of respect and demanding that I go up with you to open the Door, questioning the fact that it had already been working since 10 am and knowing that your partner, who was sharing the room with you , did already open the door for several times, after we change the bateries. Your partner did apoologize for your atitude toward myself and my Maintenace Team. We could not open the door through the terrace because the patio doors were Locked, and at any time my staff said that it was you fault. What the did was explaining to you that fact. we understand that you were not in your perfect state of consciousness, for reasons that only concern you, we just cannot tolerate violence of any kind, including verbal, since we have the greatest respect for our guests and we have done everything to solve the problem that arose as soon as possible.
