We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Egypt, and it was amazing. I would like to separately mention the hotel staff Almazino, Saeed Abdo and Fathi, the guys are very active and smart, they will help and advise with everything, for their work I can give the highest rating out of all possible ratings. The guys even remember your habits and needs, even the banal need for a toothpick, they remember, this is how they show the highest service. If these guys are not appreciated, we do not promise our return to Egypt, because thanks to such employees you want to come back here again and again. The hotel is very nice family type. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the reception by smiling hotel staff who will fill out the necessary documents with you and help you with your suitcases to your room. The room is cozy with air conditioning and internet. Internet only for calls and social networks. IPTV is prohibited + transmission limitation. However, sufficient on vacation (photos, social networks, etc...O.K.) The room is cleaned every morning and is pleasantly scented. In front of the room, a terrace or a balcony with seating (coffee, tea..., replenished daily). Changing the towels you use on the beach or by the pool every day. Just leave it in the designated bag, every day after 19:00, behind the room door in the corridor. Or hung from the outside on a handle. The outdoor pool is smaller, but sufficient. During our stay, there was never a rush here. There are deckchairs and seating. Both covered, from sunlight. Possibility to use the bar by the pool (drinks and light snacks). Pleasant music is playing here and the internet is working again.Breakfast, lunch and dinner are in the pleasantly air-conditioned dining room on the ground floor. Or, you can use the terrace, in front of the dining room by the pool. The staff is again pleasant, communicative and tries to make every moment of the meal and the overall stay more pleasant. The food changes and there is always something to choose from. After dinner, you can use the rooftop. Here is a bar that opens after dinner. Again, a pleasant place to sit with drinks / cocktails, with music. There are both musical and dance performances. Beach and sea - There are two ways to get to the beach. By a smaller hotel car, for 5 people. Or a short walk, lasting approx. 10 minutes. Both on foot and by car, which is in front of the hotel reception. You can get from Jaz Almazina to the Jaz Oriental hotel at irregular intervals. Then, through the hotel reception, past the pool and bar of the Oriental hotel, you will get to the beach. You can use the bar of this hotel as part of the all inclusive for drinks and light snacks. There is also a toilet. On the beach, there are showers. When entering the beach, a hotel employee will take care of you, who will seat you and prepare sun loungers. The entrance to the sea is gradual and the sea is a pleasant temperature. The beach is all beautifully sandy and clean.
