Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. 酒店很新，因為疫情期間才開業，房間種類也挺多，還有個温泉，五一人是真多呀，但是入住一天體驗感挺好，早餐中規中矩，就是沒有果汁，都是熱飲，不太完善，距離海邊那是相當近，沙子很細，沒有礁石，距離市區很近，辦理入住的王澤宇經理熱情，安排的房間也很好，按照星級，四星肯定有了，處處透漏着新呀！非常nice！其實從房間設計上還能在完善一些，我們住的海景大床房，廁所智能馬桶的光會影響睡覺，因為距離床有點近，但是淋浴間確實大，洗澡水嗷嗷沖，這點特別好！這家酒店床品是亞朵的，確實舒服！公共區域有桌球，孩子挺喜歡玩的…室外也有收費的滑梯，如果住店客人免費玩就好了！

酒店值得推薦 離海邊很近 沙子很細 無邊泳池 温泉 海鮮自助 都很不錯。庭院套房帶温泉池 適合家人朋友一起，總之這裏適合發呆 吃喝玩樂全齊了。入住時小媛服務也很好 耐心介紹了所含項目 房間位置。 送了果盤。有事也很快回應。 感謝！

房間我們是很滿意的，我們來了看到環境和房間就馬上決定續住了，而且我們遇到了一個好前台叫趙穎，幫我們太多了，因為有她讓我們這次的旅行豐富多彩，格外順利，態度太好了，在這裏我要謝謝她，辛苦了。 設施：有一點小小的建議，能房間多一個垃圾桶嗎？有時候真不夠！還有就是第一天住的那個房間花灑是壞的！希望能及時解決！ 衞生：很乾凈的屋子，就是有少許塵，因為海邊嘛，必然有點！ 環境：距離海灘衹需走兩分鐘，有孩子玩的20元玩一天，有温泉可以玩一天！ 服務：不管是前台還是客房服務都非常周到！

選的住宿餐食套餐，一家五口長者孩子的，前廳經理王澤宇還沒入住就聯繫了➕了微信方便聯繫，到了直接升級了海景大床房間，衞生間乾濕分離，還有智能馬桶，其中一間房淋浴間地面不平稍有積水，自助海鮮晚餐實屬經驗了，性價比高，同自助早餐都在玫瑰餐廳，人不少有開會的有旅遊團的，有些混亂，温泉在住宿酒店的一層很方便，温泉的洗浴設施有帶改進（噴頭滋水還有壞的）孩子很喜歡在小童區域玩的不想走，酒店門口還有小童樂園好像是收費的，離海邊很近

特別感謝王澤宇小哥哥的熱情.辦理入住認真負責.先給了我們午餐票去吃海鮮自助.吃完飯我們拿着房卡到房間.海景房.下午又是暢泡温泉.觀海温泉.甚是愜意.小哥哥期間還會多次問候.其實這個酒店的服務和設施都是讓我格外享受的。

服務：首先五星好評送給前台幾位工作人員，每次來都有回家版賓至如歸的感覺。尤其楊麗美女，態度特別好，會主動提示各方面問題，加了v，有啥問的都隨時回覆解答！ 設施：不錯，基本很全面了，該有的都有，洗漱用品質量也不錯。有健身房就更好了。 衞生：這方面還需加強，房間內土太多，地面不太乾淨，保潔需要再培訓一下。 總體來説是很不錯的豪華酒店，物超所值，寄大概非常近！很方便！
